Honestly a few of these might just be better scaled for the Studio Series then the official ones. Like Long Haul. Long Haul was massive in the film. I’m considering getting a second Mechanical Alliance Long Haul for display as a single bot.
10:50 knowing the sizes of MPM Ironhide and Ratchet compared to MPM Optimus, I think this looks like pretty good scale! It looked like the whole set of 8 was available on Ali Express, but I haven't heard anything about the remaining members coming out...
Soon as I touched his upper shoulder plate I'm his left arm it completely broke off and his foot broke off on me too. Seems to be a common problem with him. It's like his joints are just way too tight
You're right, they're too small to proper MPM (os) scale but to official it's fine Im big fan of Mixmaster, and he should be as tall regular mpm Optimus. SS mold isnt perfect, but has accurate details to movie and game, but in terms of articulation and playability orignal voyager is better, and this one is just almost proper figure, im doing my own so i kinda know what i say.
when the whole crew is made and put together i`ll make my choice on buy another mixmaster as soon as i get an ironhide to scale/brawl against on my display
if they actually make the complete devastator a hip and maybe a neck joint it will immensely improve it but it will take a while to know if thats the case should i risk it and get them now? by the time the whole team is complete the first ones will be long gone out off stock
Im mad because i only have MT-01 Im scared since maybe they wont complete the set especially since MT-05 took way too long from MT-04's release. Now that this one is out, MT-02 to 04 arent available on my country anymore. What a downer. Would have been nice if they have constant updates that their next release would still push through so that we wont be iffy about completing it
Everything points to the fact that they will complete the set. MT-06, 07 and 08 have been revealed through pictures, as one can see in the TFW 2005 OS SS Devastator thread
@@OGrupxe they can show whatever's planned and still be cancelled. We can never tell unless they are very active with putting updates which is not. We would only be surprised that showzstore posted their listing and thats mostly it. Thats why i only bought MT-01 since they went quiet after MT-04 not knowing if they will still keep it going. Regardless, im just hoping they could still do a rerun on MT-02-04 at least.
Doubt there was any way of spreading the cab out further than that considering the budget, the size, and the fact that it holds the entirety of Devastator's head inside
It's a little awkward with mixmaster, but personally I prefer scaling these next to deluxe studio series bots. The bigass sizes of the construction vehicles look a bit more proportioned that way, and in future it will make devy look appropriately tanky
Jobby reference lol love ur reviews man they've helped immensely when traversing the ko side of things
Thanks for the additional comparison with starscream and ratchet!
No problem!

BMB will probably make 12 inch versions of all of these guys someday to combine into a Danny Devito sized Devastator.
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Can it do the hand-stand cannon thing?

How do I keep his right arm straight? It just keeps dropping down. It was like that when I bought him and I bought him brand new.
Mine is fine bud , is there a screw can tighten ?
Thanks for showing this. The amount of kibble, especially the entire truck cab hanging off his back, makes this figure underwhelming to me.
No problem!
