Hey Everyone,
In today's video, we're going to show you how to install Pure Stage 2 Turbos in your F80 M3, F82 M4, F83 M4, and F87 M2 Competition. Unlike the F30 335 N55 turbo install, the F8x features twin turbos! With this Pure Stage 2 Turbo upgrade for the F8x, you'll have the capability to take your car over 700 HORSEPOWER, with supporting mods!

Just wanted to say thanks for the video. Everything went smooth, did this in my garage on the floor and it was amazing.
Tips I have for people watching: you can get the last few screws in the video for the coolant lines from above much easier.

I was going to say, this looked really easy as Kies makes it to be, hope to be installing mine soon on my quick jacks! Did you have any issue turning the (1) nut on the manifold to 90DEG with the little space we have in there?

Brian, good video as always. Would you please do a video on the crank hub reinforcement? or even a crank bolt capture. It would be really good thing to do before the turbo upgrade on these S55. I learn so much from these videos. Thank you!

Hi. Good video as always. I would like to ask you. Have you done something else or just turbo. Some one sad has to be better clutch and inter cooler. I planning to install hybrid turbo on f30 320d😉. And looking for some parts as well. I am based in UK.

That’s extremely hard and detailed. You take apart the entire engine compartment and engine and etc
There’s another guy who showed how to do it but it’s not a diy step by step.
A very extreme install for a small part . Watch the video and let me know if you feel it’s worth it haha
For anyone doing this. I advise your to jack the turbo side of the engine up it gives much much much more access and makes the job possible. Trying to do this without it would of been impossible
Lots of work. Only mechanically nice thing about my n63 is probably the top mounted turbos. Other then that it's the ultimate oil-leaking machine 😂

If you plan to come to Germany for few weeks, u need to upgrade my M4 with these turbos!

Maybe I missed it but don’t you need to do a special learning adaptation process to the wastegate and ECU?
How mutch NM you use to torque back the carbon strut brace?
I dont even have an F80, but it looks damn easy to remove the turbos
I'm having trouble trying to take one of the inner bolts off from the rear turbo. Thats the only part i wanted to see ha

You should be able to make 650-700 wheel with these. Depends on your fuel.

How did you adjust the wastegates? I got a drivetrain malfunction from wastegates
I believe the wastegates need to be adjusted using ISTA+ software
I am going to assume you cannot do or is not worth doing this without doing downpipes, right?

First off i’d like to say LOVE your videos! I watch them a lot. Especially when i had a 3 Series. But thats now the problem, i now have a 2015 535i GT which is I believe a F07. But I don't see many videos on RUclips on it. Do you have any other channels you’d suggest for 535i GT? If not, would videos on F10, F11 or F18 be comparable?

What a nightmare to swap turbo's, the germans do some things right, but they also do a lot of things wrong as seen in this video.
So this is really an 8 hour job

You need to have balls to do this job its easier to remove complete engine..
That was a lot of removing.
