Bought the same bike brand new for $6k. Added a Corbin seat, Bubs pipes and jet kit. Plus it likes to eat batteries because of the single-pin crank. Brakes were good and had it up to 120 mph with some to go. Spokes are a problem to keep clean.
I have a 98 honda vt1100 aero mine had white walls when I bought it the color of the white walls were different so I bought new tires black wall tires I think it looks better

Mine does eat batteries how does the single pin crank figure into that? Mine's a 96 1100 I'm getting about 45 MPG.
