I can't wait to get the new petcock on mine. I'm hoping it starts fairly easily. Sat for a while before I got it. Also gotta take my bags off. Got a broken part on one and they don't make the bags anymore so that's a bummer
Yea that’s a bummer it’s hard to get parts. If it it sat a while you might have to clean the carbs. Not super hard but intimidating if it’s your first time
Dude I have a 96 shadow spirit it is actually 25 years old. Not yours..... yours has the updated 1100c2 engine with the 5 speed transmission instead of the 4 speed like mine. So no your shadow is not older than 96 lol. It's a newer model. Look it up buddy.

Don't use E10 gas in it. I just bought one too. Filled it up for the first time and she had problems with it.

Nice bike I think u might have a jet stopped up or it needs to be jetted your exhaust shouldn't be blue
