Not yet, but I do have uploaded videos in water quality monitoring.
Very soon I will use this game module with pH sensor and other important sensors.

can this be used as a wifi hotspot? I have an Idea for my Workshop where no Landline Internet Connection is available but there is Mobil Internet so this would be a great idea to use it in there

Sorry for another similar question - but is it relatively trivial to set this up to send some basic sensor data via HTTP 'to the cloud' ?

Think about the locations where wifi is not available. This module supports 4G LTE. I have used it in some intermediate and advanced level projects. Check the esp32 playlist.

@@ElectroniClinic thanks. Given the sensor data is practically audio data. I think it might be easier for me to 'call' it over

If you want to use it as wifi modem, your data rate will be limited by the bus between the chips. Do I understand it correctly?
In SPI case it will ne around 30Mbit/s

Which interface is used between ESP32 and the SIM7600G ?

Could this be used to build a remote weather station?

    • @ElectroniClinic

Yes you can. I have used it in some other projects for car tracking, soil moisture monitoring, etc. Check the playlist.

What country are you in? Here in US we use 4G LTE and Adafruit_Fona only works up to 3G
