BRICS took 5 new members at the start of the years. Been a bunch of new applications after that, "they" (Rus FM) recently announced not accepting new members, ATM.
All he talk about is wrong issue on why Argentina failed. Heres the answer: 1. Corruption 2. Americans slaves 3. Democracy and Capitalism These are the main reason Argentina fall. All his inflation, economic policy, bla bla bla shit are by product of those 3 issues.

Not rejection. After the change in government, the new government withdraw all interest in joining BRICS.
