Yes! Hook up your phone either through CarPlay/Android Auto or just over bluetooth. Then start playing the song you want. Once it's playing through the speakers, then flip into your factory nav and it should be good to go
Could be a few things... 1. If your Durango is the older uConnect 4c, you need to be connected via USB. The newer uConnect 5 is wireless 2. Remove the connection to the car from the phone and the phone from the car. Then go to Settings --> General --> CarPlay and delete that connection 3. Try re-connecting via USB (uConnect 4) or wireless (uConnect 5) If you're on a wired connection, try switching to another USB port. Replacing the cable with a new factory cable (OEM original) also helps

What if CarPlay doesn’t pop up after pairing
Could be a few things...

Why can’t I receive text messages along the screen on my Uconnect 5 while connected to android auto. My iPhone has no problem?
Been having this problem off and on for a year it’s a Uconnect 5 problem for sure
