I really like your videos. At 54, I can't do overhead presses without a lot of rotator cuff pain. I've spent a few years trying to strenghen this, but I found it was better to do an incline press to avoid pain. Is this still valid for the push workout? Thanks,
Definitely still hits your front delts. Have you tried overhead press with dumbells? You can maybe find a position that doesn't cause your rotators pain with dumbell
Can you do a PULL video but with dumbbell only variant? Realize it's not optimum, but with COVID, no gym access. (Love if you do it also for PUSH & LEGS). Also, can you list reps/sets for high volume day vs. low volume/high reps?
Can't count back emg on bent over rows compared to other pulling exercises....of course it will activate 'more'...the simple act of leaning over is loading the back...but that's nothing to do with the actual rowing.
Push pull legs rest push pull legs rest so its basically a 8 day split. 6 times a week with just 1 rest day can lead to a burnout and your body cannot recover properly. I would choose between the 8 day split or 5 day split (5 day split is 2 rest days per week)
Isn’t it gonna take a bit long? I do 10 sets for back, 4 sets rear, 4 sets biceps. But this one has 26 ish sets altogether. And my workout takes like 45mins only. So that one will take like 1/2 hour i guess.
@@JesusUrbex your biceps is such a small muscle. In fact the smallest in your entire body. 3-4’s gonna be plenty. And you are working your biceps already alone with your back.
