When compare to software CAs are not getting much hike.Suppose a fresher of Btech cse start with salary of 3.6 lakhs after five years his salary would be around 20 to 24 lakhs he moves three companies.where as CAs salary after five years 13 or 14 lakhs.
Who told you that after 5 year with good exposure you can even crack 28 lpa. I know that examples and salary of 25 lpa in IT after 5 year is not average you can check that anywhere on quora

In 2021 the average package was approx 10 now 13 nice growth considering it's a recession time

I have cleared in May 2024 attempt, and got placed in KPMG with 12LPA, with 2 CPT attempt, 5 IPCC attempt and 2 Final attempt

Avg package of CA remains the same 13.12 lpa but highest package grew by 4 lpa only, as per latest 59th Placement program. Significanctly in the coming attempts it will reduce
