This is true. I am currently working with Big 7. Can't reveal the name. And i am earning 8.4 fixed. Cleared group 1 & appearing for group 2 . I had 8 years ka gap after arricleship. Muje toh number of attempts bhi nahi puche. But interview went very well. Gaps bhi nahi pucha.
I expect a salary of around 13-15 LPA as a CA Fresher ( 2-3 attempts ) , and around 11-12 LPA in Big4. Also I'd like to mention , your content amazing ! ❤️
This is not ground reality. Maybe few companies. The salary offered is 9-12 lakhs maximum. Many dont touch 12. Lets keep the salries realistic for students. Also, majority of industries pay less than Big4s anyday including MNC's. Yes mega companies like ITC, Reliance pays much better but thats outcast rather than the norm.

Totally agreed, I'm also working in KPMG India, have successfully completed more than 5 project in one year. Great learning and definitely it boost the confidence. But all these comes with certain cost i.e. pressure and 10+ working hrs

I always hd fear in my mind and just because of these never got that confidence to apply in big4. Today your story strongly relate with mine... Itr 2= more than > 50 lpa... your ctc could be - 65-70 Lpa . Your are getting ( inhand) 50-60 and getting 35-40 Lpa after tax...... This is accurate??? As you said your itr is itr-2 means you are earnings more than 50 lpa, you lives in Hyderabad and have 12 years of experience

Maine nahi choda job cos other organisation doesn't give chutti for exams. I still get offers from big 4. But jab tak clear nahi hoga I will continue here only.
