    Hi There CVK & 🐕🐕🐕!
    The sky over your AZ Base Camp looks beautiful, such a pretty light blue with white, fluffy clouds🌤️ It must be fun to get to try out free products. That is so cool 😎 You're a great person to ask for an assessment because you are detailed & you have a wealth of knowledge & experience. If gas ⛽ prices continue to rise, e-bikes may become even more popular. They're certainly cheaper than an electric car. Thank you for another fun, entertaining & informative video 📸 God Bless You All, 🙏 candace

    Sold the Radrover Power bike 2 months ago. Being 66 now, it was not easy getting my right leg over it. It was hard loading it on to my truck(sold truck & Casita trailer). Got the Fiido, folding E bike. 40 lbs!!! It is a step thru!! Much easier to ride! Easy peasy loading & unloading from the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan Campervan. South Georgia is a furnace. Nice review, KVC! BTW, the folding e bike was $799.00, no taxes. FREE Shipping!! Sold Rad Rover for $1,000.00. I was happy with the deal. The buyer was too.

      I like the one Kevin reviewed for rural area. Iam having some recurring health issues, if when I get on the mend I think there is a E. Bike place in Valdosta. I may just go check them out. Don't know they have this brand of bike. But if Iam heading up Dr and labs might has while do a fun thing too. Take care stay in the when you'll can and wear white and light clothes.

    I have a Fiido D4S. It's foldable and light and half the price of the T1, but is suited more to smaller people (under 175lbs). Mine has only the 250 watt motor. It will carry me along on throttle and can even do small hills without pedaling, but easy pedaling makes any hill doable.

    Since lithium batteries are sensitive to temperature extremes, the removable battery has an extra bennefit -- you can keep it in a climate controlled area, while the bike is on your bumper.

    I have a Lectric 2.0 and a Swagtron folding e-bike. I love them both. The Swagtron is small and light fits in the back seat of most any car. The Lectric is heavy rides better and has more power and range. Spend more and you get more range range which is a good thing. If I had a 2k$ e-bike I`d be afraid to leave anywhere.........

    Yeah the last time you brought up electric bike, and I mentioned it to my husband if I could have electric bike even though I think you're in the city anything electronic you had to tag on it. But he told me it was one step up from a motorcycle or one step down whichever works for you. So that's a no on the motorcycle so now you're telling me it's like a motorcycle. So my husband was right, I just found out my daughter in Florida to say yes they went and bought a motorcycle oh my Lord I try not to think about it. It's always I got to see your videos Kevin and wolf wolf pack. I am so glad everything's moving alone just at the right speed of being able to put this here do that there and why you want to do and that way you don't have to spend more money than you mean need to to get your concept on your property done. You're going to be so happy that you got your own property, and even a house so you can get it grandfather in.
    Because a little cities and counties are starting to push against anything that they cannot get taxation on. Not totally against taxation that pays for your trash pickup. Please cuz you got people that do stupid things I try to break in your stuff come on so yeah we do need a products that our taxes buy. But the world is a changing! so Keep washing your spirit soul and body in the word of God. That is what's going to get you through he's trying times and get you into Paradise at the end of time.

    • @butterflySmiles2
      @butterflySmiles2 2 года назад +1

      Well that was supposed to be in police officer taxation helps pay for police officers because we don't want people taking her stuff or moving in our property or whatever we might need a policeman for let's hope not medical reasons. So I went back and I read this cuz I didn't realize if it's such a long chapter. My husband say what you do that for I said I have nobody to talk to I need to go back and reread things thinking of you always God bless

    Yo Kevin and Da WOOOOOOOOOOOF Pack,
    you know, I've been trying hard not to comment, but you are in my home court after all, so I can't help it (that being 2 wheelers in general and electric eBikes in particular).
    As you'll read, I tend to speak my mind, so Please don't shoot the Messenger;
    Yes, it (Fiido calls it a Cargo Bike) does some of the things you say;
    - Fast..........ummmm factory Info says 27mph/same as Lectric 2.0 and many others (including my own home builds). That's a reasonable speed for inner city riding around traffic and you can cover a reasonable amount of distance as well.
    -Versatile; uhhh not so much considering how much it weighs.
    -Stable; a good thing and fat tires will do that.
    -Powerful; 48V 20AH is a good amount of power.
    -Range; well, you will be pedaling your butt off at slow speed to achieve that advertised 90mi!!!
    -Removable battery but can it be charged once out of the bike? An important feature.
    Biggest Flaws in my mind;
    -Non Folding. Nothing versatile about that and with a weight of 80 lbs, most people won't be hoisting that rig up into the RV or trailer anytime soon.
    -Some people like the Olive Drab color, but today's trend of flat paint jobs to me just make the vehicle look cheap. I even saw a Tesla with a Flat Black wrap. Oh, the Humanity!!!!!!!
    But, the biggest problem of all that you (and your bad back) didn't touch on, was NO Rear Suspension.
    Absolute deal breaker.
    Even around the new homestead and/or graded fire roads, paved country roads, city streets with potholes and utility access covers, etc, you NEED front forks and rear shock(s) PLUS the suspension seat.
    AND it's list price of $1600 + tx and shipping is just WAY to far out of the ball park for the antiquated design that it is.
    Especially when the Lectric 2.0 is $1000 shipped.
    I'm not shilling for Lectric either. I don't own one (but I would if needed), instead I build my own eBikes.
    Something else to note; the web site says $1599 to anywhere in the US, but $1899 to Ca. Yet when I put in my address, it won't ship to me, so it wouldn't give me a shipping price.
    So, it may well not be California street legal?
    Also, Here's something discerning that I gleaned from the Fiido Shipping & Delivery Page;
    If the package is returned due to the customer's failure to pick up the package in time, wrong address, "or other reason", we will reserve the right to ask you to "pay twice the delivery cost" for redelivery or refund.
    The poor/hard to see display has been commented on many times by other reviewers , but you/Kevin had to ask for a better one, instead of the seller upgrading it the way they should have.
    Kevin touched on this, but the only replacement/warrantee parts available are those that come from the New York importer with a big warehouse of these things, that (my words) get stripped of the needed part(s) when called for and with no local support anywhere in the country (that I could find).
    Fiido is sold by a Hong Kong manufacturer BTW.
    I couldn't find anyone in So. Cal. who would/could service the Fiido eBikes.
    NOTE; The Fiido X (a Magnesium framed eBike) has been just recalled (2022) due to frames that crack and break in half. Not that this condemns the Steel framed Fiido T1 but........................
    So, with SO many eBikes out there in the $2000 range, I would suggest folks do some hard comparison shopping before springing for this particular eBike. Oh, and bring your own tool kit. Kevin hinted at this but You, the new owner gets to pull it out of the crate it's shipped in, dispose of the crate and do the assembly.
    IMHO, It's a mediocre product at a high price. I see Fiido as a fail in the eBike market. That doesn't mean it won't be fine for some. Again, JMHO.
    I/we realize you/Kevin had to tiptoe around in the review of a free ebike, and I truly mean NO Offense in my remarks, but those are the facts as I researched them.
    Who's your Buddy, who's your Pal.....ME!!!!!!!!
    cheers

    PS; I'm sure everyone realizes this review has nothing to do with Kevin (who I hope doesn't block me for these comments), it's just Fiido saw an opportunity to get a well known youtuber to review it's product hoping to come off well.
    PPS; damn it Kevin, once you get me would up, it's hard to shut me up!!!!!!!! ;-)

    Confused. A couple of months ago you loaded a new XP LITE tan in color in your vehicle while at Lectric Bikes in Phoenix. I never saw or heard of it again. What happened to this review? Do you still have the XP LITE? Where did it go? Seems like you and Felix got rid of the first two Lectric bikes... were they bad?

    Okay it's my understanding that lithium batteries have to stay cool. What about the heat that the battery is exposed to all the time? Is it a safety hazard? 🌵🦋😊

      For what it's worth, When charging, Li-ion batteries need to be kept out of the sunlight but otherwise, as long as they are "Balance Charged" and the pack has a BMS (Battery Management System) like most do,have heat isn't such of a problem. I build my own packs and ride in So. Cal days of 90-100 degrees. Have not had a problem (Yet).
