Ya know. Nostalgia Critic made me realize something about South Park. There's a lot of people who don't like Sputh Park because they think it's just an inappropriate show with a bunch of swearing and adult jokes. If you actually pay attention to the episodes though, you'll see that Matt and Trey have good and meaningful messages to each episode. Sure the show has swearing and adult humor but they do it in a very clever way that makes it funny and helps prove their point. I think people should actually sit down and pay attention to some episodes lessons and realize that they're not just a bunch of people sitting down writing fart jokes. That's why I watch South Park. It cheers me up and makes me more aware of things that go on in the world.

I love them because they speak about issues but they don't take the stereotypical liberal view that most television shows do, nor are they conservative. They split right down the middle and tell the truth and they aren't afraid to piss anyone off. I think Matt and Trey are most likely really good people IRL and I agree with them on virtually every topic they've tackled. They don't worry about sparing people's feelings. Not to start an argument but look at the comments the show has made about abortion. They aren't thinking, oh well we are progressive and open-minded so we need to watch what we say and tow the party line, women's rights and so on. No, they call it out for what it is, brutal, disgusting, selfish, wrong. They aren't afraid of taking a typically conservative standpoint on the issue or be ostracized by a leftist entertainment industry. They said what they felt and took an honest look without being influenced by those around them. Political party lines be damned. This is why I love this show more than any other comedy show I've watched in my 40 years. I love South Park.
"Good Times With Weapons" also shows that rough play with little kids can sometimes go too far, and teaches the moral that if someone accidentally gets hurt, and a secret is kept about it, it only makes matters much worse.

We claim to be wanting to help and feed the homeless yet we've banned a number of charities from our city centres because of big companies moving in, we've installed spikes and slopes under potential shelter for homeless people to sleep while claiming to be a charitable and caring city. South park is pointing out that people are not helping anyone, they are simply satisfying their own need to be part of a fad of 'social justice' rather than actually making a difference through discussion, education and actions.

Matt Stone deserves some recognition for his voice work in the episode. The argument outside of the hospital between Kyle and Stan felt real (Trey felt kind of stilted in his performance though). He also did amazing work in Tweek x Craig, especially during the break up on the playground. He does such a good job with honest emotion but doesn't give himself enough credit.

I just rewatched the early seasons of South Park recently, and while the first three seasons really didn't age well, it is scary just how relevant a lot of season 4 is right now. The episode about the south park flag in particular could be aired today on television, and people would think it is a direct commentary on the current PC left vs. alt-right bonanza.
My favorite is make love not Warcraft there’s a lot of reasons why but one is the scene where cartman tells Kyle Stan and Kenny how they can beat the op player and one of the boys say “This is the most math I’ve ever seen you do” Edit: I feel pretty stupid but the quote that stan says actually is said in the pee water park episode.

nah. its the best game that ever came out of south park and probably one of the better games in general. and probably the best game when it comes to adapting a show.. but not the best south park ever did.
You actually managed to have a good chunk of my personal favorites on here. The only 2 missing are Major Boobage and The Ring. The Ring just being a funny shot at children's media being weirdly hyper sexualized but having a "no see, we're pure" loophole to keep them out of trouble, and Major Boobage spoofing the fear mongering of out of touch parents with boob themed drug trips and a politician style apology, with the B plot centering around Cartman hiding cats as if it was the Holocaust without him seeing the irony. But still, fantastic list.
weird that sounds incredibly familiar something seeming so innocent while giving subtle references and then pulls a big shocking bomb that makes you go what in the 9 levels of fuck?! i could have sworn ive seen that somewhere before but i just cant put my finger on OH WAIT!
My personal favorite South Park episodes are with the Canadians! Like Christmas in Canada, Where Have my Country Gone, and many more featuring the Canadians.
I won't disagree with their choice, especially their reasoning behind it. However was expecting either Scott Tenorman Must Die or the Pilot episode to be number 1, Neither of those making the list at all seems odd.
I actually agree with his number 1 pick. I think we need a great south park episode. Giving us a good laugh about covid 19. America and the rest of the world is going through a tough time right now.
Yeah, I really hated season 19. Especially when PC Principal was involved. What I really didn't like about it is how, like the real world, they treat the idea of showing common decency toward others as being PC. Do you think anyone who's paraplegic likes being called a cripple? Do you think the world likes it when we despise each other just because of race or culture? Do you think some guys like having their gentlemanly behavior (being gracious and charming) being viewed as an excuse to, as the season called it, "crush pussy?" No, it was all horrible; much worse than what Family Guy is capable of. I know the show is known for being outrageous in its humor. But season 19 took the original charm of the series and slandered it, thanks to the stupid 2016 presidential race. It especially doesn't help the fact that the living embodiment of Hypocrisy himself, Mr.Garrison is parodying Trump. A man so vile that goes against everything Garrison once stood for. Gay love, transgenderism and all that schlock. I can only hope Season 20 is better
+sadlobster1 Thats the point of south park to be controversal i acually liked it cause of the stuff being made fun of tho not the beat season i liked it
I agree with the list, I just think one episode was missed. " Scott Tenorman Must Die" establishes Cartman as the character we know today. That has to be worth something.

@@toxicdemon1315 dang, it’s already been 3 months?! Man, I don’t even remember making this comment! Anyway, thanks for telling me :)
What the fuck is a TMZ?
My personal favorite episode is "The death of Eric Cartman". When Butters is put in "the machine" so they can find what traumatizes him I was crying because of laughter. :-D
DonDuracell lululu lulu lblblblbblbllblblblblbblbl!!!!!!!
It's my second favorite after the Jennifer Lopez hand puppet.
I know I’m 2 years late but this is mine too!!
Oh yeah -- in my top 5 for sure. I absolutely love Awesome-O as well.
It’s my favorite episode too lol 😂
My second favorite is the episode where Wendy beats the crap out of Cartman
Keemstar is the TMZ of youtube.
both of them are cancer
***** Well I meant how TMZ reports on """news""", Keemstar reports on RUclips """news"""
+Jackson DeStefano so basically TMZ?
Mo They are equally terrible and need to be removed from this earth
LEEET'S STEP ROOOIIIGHT INTO THE NOOOOSE!
My favorite episode is ether "Dead Celebrities" or "The Jeffersons." Gotta love those Michael Jackson jokes!
No episode of Randy's alcohol addiction ''disease'' in the list!!?

That should be his 12th selection for favorite South Park episodes. What seems to be the officer problem? Lmao 😂🤣
I think the statue of the virgin mary “perioding all over your face” was a bit on the nose, no pun intended.
I thought TMZ was something you made for the AI nostalgic episode. I feel dirty to hear that it’s a real thing
T McK Im so happy I've never seen any of it & never knew about it before NC brought it up
That's why you aren't the NC. Because you don't know about pop culture.
Really? You didn't know that TMZ was a real thing?
...Consider yourself lucky.
CunningCondor wow that escalated quickly
CunningCondor obvious you didn’t edit this cause it doesn’t say (edited)
I don’t always watch South Park. But I really appreciate it for how much Trey & Matt aren’t afraid to poke fun and mock all the ridiculousness and silliness of our society, and don’t care about the consequences of who or what they mock. Hats off to them.
When did they mock homosexuals ? Black supremes ? Global warming propagandists ?
20:27-20:38.; Good question...
I've been waiting for a Mintberry Crunch cereal ever since that episode first came out.
This show is one of the best because Matt and Trey know how to tell a story. They are masters of their craft.
Sean Durham yeah and its over 20 years old and hasn't rotted like the Simpsons or Family Guy
Fun fact: "chinpoko" is Japanese slang for penis, meaning "Chinpokomon" translates to "penis monsters".
6:02 I think this was ad libbed. Doug literally went of script. How much you think Rob just let him go off.
Seems like he needed it. And I think it's not much of the first time. Ad-libs of anything are always great
Seem like they both expressed hatred to TMZ
Yeah Chinpokomon, that episode isn't at all still relevant now
Grabs Pokomon go- where's my fucking Gastly!!!!
I HATE EXERCISE BUT I LOVE POKEMON GO
I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE NOW AND I HATE IT BUT I LOVE IT
Pokemon Go is secretly a Japanese plot to destroy America
If anything, they're helping us lol. People are going outside and walking and socializing.
+Spodumene and getting hit by by trains and cars, along with falling in rivers and lakes...
+DonoftheShade You're an idiot if you think that's what's actually happening lol
Exactly the reason why I love South Park. It gives us a reason to laugh despite what direction they take it and they don't hold back.
No kenny dies? Damn.
Maceta By ratings of best south park episodes, alot of them dont include Kenny die
Maybe Kenny was dead all along! GASP!
You basted nooooo
Maceta Oh mah God, we killed Kenny!
not ONE mention of how Butters gets a Shuriken stuck in his eye, eh Critic?
Tombocartoons Literally why I can't watch that episode
hannah Carolan sounds painful to watch.
Well, Cartman has the power to have all powers
@@mattway18 Balrog is very powerful :p
@@hannahcarolan2521 I had a good time watching it until that moment. Then I started crying and freaking out. I just have my gf skip that scene now. Something about eyes getting cut causes my anxiety to go into overdrive.
It's funny how in South Park chinpokomon was ”"just a fad"
I think he should do an updated version here.
this was two days ago
Read the description: "Originally aired on April 30th, 2013"
the pc gentrification isis season was awsome lol
you typed the comment the day it came out
lol. oops
I'm just a casual South Park fan but I agree with NC here 100%👍🏻
Me too. I was uncertain about the show until my chosen and I started watching it together around when the 21st season came out. I'm not going to be binge watching from beginning to end but it seems like it works out, with some exceptions, to watch the shows at random
I still watch TMZ sometimes, because it’s serious...
...ly hilarious to watch how low humanity can sink!
chinpokomon go is now released for iphone and android
Shit, the servers are down.
I heard there's this weird ass ripped off called Pokémon go?
Fuck that game. Chinpokomon go is the original.
I got shoe
I hope South Park does a Chinpokomon Go episode.
Season 20 is gonna be fucking amazing when the 2016 US elections happen.
Hillary vs Trump: Death of America

+CynicalGamer 98 then why don't you go to a good college get a good job and run for president this country was founded by people who rolled up there sleeves and fixed and changed major problems not complain endlessly about them.
+GameBoy Punk it's a joke. I'm not complaining. Take that stick out your ass.
They've already made an episode about this very thing, the shit sandwich one
+CynicalGamer 98 I'm sick of people saying this or that president will ruin my life blah blah if any governmental institution can change the way a regular American it's Congress

Doug forgot the best part about Chinpokomon: WILD WACKY ACTION BIKE! and even better... ALABAMA MAOW!
I 've watched TMZ for about five seconds before and I think my IQ dropped in to the negatives.
I just read the name tmz and now need to be monitored in a home for my safety
This supports my idea that I should move forward on my natural selection plan for humans.
@@hunterowl1756 Isn't that the masters plan in Fallout 1?
I thought TMZ had mercifully been taken off the air, but nope. Turns out they're still making it
I know people were calling for it to be cancelled after Kobe Bryant was killed because they broke the news of the helicopter crash before the police notified the families of those killed
I'm kind of hoping that South Park does a Chinpokomon sequel based on the success of Pokémon Go
Zistheone2 it’s referenced in the new game The Fractured But Whole
A year after it's prime...
Also, it wouldn't make much sense since Chinpokomon is part of japan's plan to take over the world, but Pokemon Go wasn't even made in japan.
That would have been awesome...it annoyed me so much how much of a fad it become literally overnight.
They did reference it in The Fractured But Whole
I just rewatched the early seasons of South Park recently, and while the first three seasons really didn't age well, it is scary just how relevant a lot of season 4 is right now. The episode about the south park flag in particular could be aired today on television, and people would think it is a direct commentary on the current PC left vs. alt-right bonanza.
Gábor Horváth hmm
The first three seasons are the best lol
It was always a dig at liberal B. S.
100th like.
Gábor Horváth It's not about relevance, it's the enjoyment that counts.
My favorite is make love not Warcraft there’s a lot of reasons why but one is the scene where cartman tells Kyle Stan and Kenny how they can beat the op player and one of the boys say
“This is the most math I’ve ever seen you do”
Edit: I feel pretty stupid but the quote that stan says actually is said in the pee water park episode.
Cartman is actually quite smart, but only when it comes to manipulating others, getting revenge, or getting what he wants.
This video needs a... REMAKE! (DUN DUN DUUUUUUN)
1) South Park is two words.
2) The episode that made TMZ have a tantrum!
Wait, what about TMZ? Which South Park episode drove them over the stupidity cliff?
Did South Park actually piss off tmz?
No, this NOSTALGIA CRITIC episode pissed off TMZ.
+Scott Sandler what did they do?
Seriously? TMZ sunk so low as to care about an internet movie reviewer who made a top episodes list? Did they really have nothing else? Not even a celebrity on twitter?
"The Pandemic Special" is this generation's "Osama Bin Laden Has Farty Pants"
Stick of truth it's the best thing that has ever come out of south park
Tell me about it. It's like the modern day Paper Mario.
nah. its the best game that ever came out of south park and probably one of the better games in general. and probably the best game when it comes to adapting a show.. but not the best south park ever did.
my favorite south park thing is still PC principal
I'm so hyped for The Fractured But Whole :D
+Sergeilol THE FUCK BRUH YOU ASSUMING MY JERB
You actually managed to have a good chunk of my personal favorites on here. The only 2 missing are Major Boobage and The Ring.
The Ring just being a funny shot at children's media being weirdly hyper sexualized but having a "no see, we're pure" loophole to keep them out of trouble, and Major Boobage spoofing the fear mongering of out of touch parents with boob themed drug trips and a politician style apology, with the B plot centering around Cartman hiding cats as if it was the Holocaust without him seeing the irony.
But still, fantastic list.
The only thing I remembered about the Britney episode was the lottery reference at the end which I was proud to recognize after English class
*really deep and sentimental talk*
"BITCH BITCH BITCH BITCH BITCH BITCH BITCH BITCH"

Actually, I want to know why -Kenny- mysterion recognizes the kuthulu world if he wasn’t the “chosen one”. That’s never explained
Goldenglare_thewindeater even though he's not the chosen one he's still probably been to that world considering his powers.
BTW’s you spelled Cthulhu incorrectly.
Mysterion/Kenny says he’s been to that plane of existence before. Might want to listen next time.
Kenny's powers came because his parents went to that Cthulhu cult meeting, so his powers are related to that shit. Mint Berry Crunch is an alien.
He’s died, he’s been in the ethereal. Even when he’s brought back, what has been seen cannot be unseen.
I wanna see the nostalgia critic in a South Park episode so bay
+alexandra galici being out of place is exactly what their are best at
If egoraptor can make an appearance in Rick and Morty and Projared in an episode of Game Shakers than Doug has a good possibility
+Javy Shutt But Egoraptor knows the creators of Rick and Morty
That would be awesome!
Me too!
The Pandemic Special was basically the sequel to Number 1. And it did not disappoint.
16:02 fun fact: Matt and Trey (the shows creators who voice Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny) were actors from Baseketball
... they fucken wrote and directed it. Do you not read credits?

It's Cartman, so I would have been surprised if it hadn't been that way.
Blackface is over-controversial

Abel S. Phoenix That's a micro-aggression bud
The tweek x Craig episode is one of my favorites. It's so random and hilarious.
+Abel S. Phoenix your micro-aggression hurts man. You need to learn to be more open minded.
Andrew Behrend Ah shit! You PC too bro?

Osama Bin Ladin Has Farty Pants
a.k.a. South Park, but with Ed, Edd n' Eddy Sound Effects.
I agree to the Number One episode
I won't disagree with their choice, especially their reasoning behind it. However was expecting either Scott Tenorman Must Die or the Pilot episode to be number 1, Neither of those making the list at all seems odd.
@@conniethesconnie I’m surprised Scott Tenorman Must Die wasn’t on the list
I actually agree with his number 1 pick. I think we need a great south park episode. Giving us a good laugh about covid 19. America and the rest of the world is going through a tough time right now.
Meanwhile in season 19...........WE ALL HAVE GUNS!
And PC
And living ads
and PC principle
Yeah, I really hated season 19. Especially when PC Principal was involved.
What I really didn't like about it is how, like the real world, they treat the idea of showing common decency toward others as being PC.
Do you think anyone who's paraplegic likes being called a cripple? Do you think the world likes it when we despise each other just because of race or culture?
Do you think some guys like having their gentlemanly behavior (being gracious and charming) being viewed as an excuse to, as the season called it, "crush pussy?"
No, it was all horrible; much worse than what Family Guy is capable of.
+sadlobster1 Thats the point of south park to be controversal i acually liked it cause of the stuff being made fun of tho not the beat season i liked it
30:04 "Lowbrow garbage and crude, childish humor."
Current Family Guy.
Waiting for this to change once South Park does a Coronavirus episode.
The first frame of the Osama Bin Ladin episode is Covid-19 in a nutshell!
I agree with the list, I just think one episode was missed. " Scott Tenorman Must Die" establishes Cartman as the character we know today. That has to be worth something.
Personally it would have been really hard for me to pick my favorite episodes
I like the one where they make fun of people
