      I have a question about that life philosophy, it sounds similar to absurdism. The reason I tend to disagree with it is because I don't believe we have complete "free will" sure we can do whatever we want, but certain things like health, is something we are bound to by our nature. So we aren't completely free

    • @HBC26

      @@LiberalLover6969 there are people that cured that which seems impossible. Just because you came into this world to climb a mountain whose end never ends doesn't mean you can't reach the end. Some do. A restriction doesn't mean you will be constrained all your life, it is just motivation to fall in line and become a healing master

      I wouldn't recommend it. If you have a strong body composition with a good amount of mass, you can fast on cucumber / celery juice for 3-5 days. I wouldn't do more than that.

    Hello, please give me some advice, what is the reason, fresh milk is causing diarrhea,
    What is the reason? Eta cleansing or lactose intolerance

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  10 месяцев назад

      1. Are you drinking it cold? Make sure it is room temperature when you drink it. I personally also get digestive issues from raw milk if I do not ferment the milk. Fermented raw milk (kefir) should not give you diarrhea.
      2. Thank you for translating my video, but don't forget to add the channel link to the description. You should also add text saying that the video is a reupload from the channel Excellent Health.

    Frank, he is in a different stage of life now, he claims that the strictly carnivorous diet has affected his liver and now he only eats coudates. How do you see this aspect?

    • @ExcellentHealth
      @ExcellentHealth  10 месяцев назад

      I don't know what coudates are, but he's correct. His high oxidized-iron diet messed up his liver. What he's doing isn't optimal for the average person, but it seems to work for someone with a highly impaired liver.
