But I needed to change some thing, tifa had the elemental + ice for the first fight against shiva and I gave cloud elemental + fire for fight 4 when ifrit arrives and for fight 5 when he does the fire from his knee thing, both helped me a lot!
And by the way, I find the 4 fight much harder than the last one!

I'm stuck on hard mode with Tifa....just can't seem to do any real damage to M.O.T.H. get him down quick.

it's fair and comfortable compared to hard mode in crisis core.
Hard is one thing, but this stuff is total bullshit. Beyond cheap.

victor ramos He has linked elemental materia at max level with lighting to absorb that kind of magic and get healed instead of get damaged...

So for the lightning to heal you, you have to have elemental materia maxed out and lightning materia on the armlet not the weapon?
yep! and make sure they are both in a linked slot!
Everyone and their mother is asking about the elemental absorb. But I'm wondering why my basic weapon damage is so much lower than yours. Like with Tifa against MOTH. My first few strikes in her combo do about 12 to 20, about half. My Thundaga does about 1600. All of my combat encounters take 2x or longer than what i see on RUclips. I can't figure it out.
Have you by chance changed/upgraded your weapons? Some weapons have higher magic attack while others have a higher physical attack.
@@GhostSanctuary7 Yup. I got them all tricked out. I beat Pride and Joy so i can finish the game. It'll just take me longer.

Hi, can i ask you something? So all my character lvl 50 already but why your character's hp and mp is very very high? For example your Barret character can reach 9999 hp, but mine is only 6000... Isthere any trick to make hp and mp so high like yours? Thanks a lot
He probably has 1 or 2 HP UP materia equipped to Barrett.
How you absorb the electric ball of that final robot in the first challenges? You even recover health. That damn thing is an insta kill. 🤔
Lightning materia plus fully upgraded elemental materia will absorb electric attacks 🙂
@@Palavalve It didn't work with me yet I receive all the damage even with the materias fully upgraded :-(

Hi guys!✌️ I need to know how is it possible to absorb the strongest attack of the M.O.T.H. KTJ had this ability with almost every character. Should love figure out.
Lightning paired with elemental materia (you need to pair on your defensive equipment, not on your weapon). At level 2 of elemental you are immune, at level 3 you absorb.

I am from Germany and in my Version of the game All Materia have other namens, so I use a Materia List from ign to translate it!
But I can't find any Materia that is called Block which you have equipped to Cloud, not in the english Version or the german one, maybe you can help me?
greetings! block materia is a purple materia the full name is 'steadfast block materia' it charges ATB while blocking/guarding and reduce damage when hit. i hope that helps

hey there, that would be elemental materia + thunder materia on the armlet
Also note the Elemental Materia has to be maxed out for it to absorb the element. Good luck.
Where's the "Three-Person Team vs. Monsters of Legend" battle? It's not on here. Should be right here 35:07. You skipped it and went to "Three-Person Team vs. Top Secrets."
I can't get Moth to be bloody pressured...Just uses high voltage and ends me, haha
Use lightning paired with elemental materia in your armor...you will be immune to high voltage

@@Gazza100786 even only at level 2 it's still enough.
Lvl 1, 1/2 damage.
Lvl 2, nullifies damage.
Lvl 3, absorbs damage.
The attack won't be absorbed, but the purple immune icon will pop up instead which is just as satisfying lol

are you talking about Aeriths ability? if so its fleeting familiar
When Barrett is fighting moth
It's elemental materia at max level equipped on the armor instead of weapon.. 1st level: 1/2 dmg, 2nd level: nullify dmg, 3rd level: absorb dmg..

The mega flare is so cheap, You literally just have to pray you survive it

@@fabiogameri it's not man use the materia that raises your meters, and when he's counting down have everybody saved up skill meters so you can do powerful moves with each character, soon as you select a skill from one character, instantly move to the next char and activate thier skill so that 3 skills are slamming him at once, it should cancel the countdown
When I finished game on easy, and this hard mode is impossible for me to even finish the first challenge, Moth always kills me XD
elemental + lightning on armlet, cast lightning, haste, barrier and guard/block, until the blades on its body are gone then attack, make sure your materia are maxed or close to :)
The trick here is to max elemental absorption Materia and link it with thunder. I am working on this right now

You can actually make it so it heals or you become immune to it instead just use a linked armor slot and pair elemental and lightning, the elemental has to have leveled up at least once to become immune and at level three all electrical attacks including the moths will heal the character instead of damage them.
