Every time Gogeta fights, the battle ends quickly, whether he's fighting Janemba, Super Saiyan Broly, or any other opponent. He always wins fast and is stronger than Vegito.
They only have 30mins and if kaioken merged up, pretty sure the transformation would've lasted 5mins maybe that's why the writers played very well by giving vegito blue kaioken and Gogeta blue the evolution.
