Ooo fun video idea! You should do an update to this video and let us see which of these plants you ended up aquiring in 2022! And an update because it's been ~7 months since this video! 😊 Just thought it might be a fun idea! I'd love to hear if they lived up to your expectations, or not!
@@AquaStevae How does this make anyone a sucker? If they want to thank Emma monetarily for all the free content she produces, that doesn't make them a sucker or anything else negative.
@@grat2010 Sure, I've said thank you to several RUclipsr's. But sending them money to buy plants supposedly together, where THEY keep the plant, and you get nothing is a sucker move. That's how. Hey I've got a sick uncle, can you send me a hundred bucks???
So funny story about calatheas, I have that one, because I saw it in Disneyworld, I was walking back to the hotel, plucked a baby with 2 leaves and a few roots out of the garden bed. Then proceeded to keep it barely alive traveling across the country, planted it, and now it’s putting out a new leaf, I also did this with 2 other croton plants.
I've heard queen anthurium are fussy bishes(especially imported)but...H. polyneura are easy to prop and grow super quick! The broget is still stupid expensive in my area of the states😒
@@GoodGrowing haha I didn't realize that I did not finish what I was typing. Yes, I imported from Ecuagenera and couldn't be happier with price and customer service. They are thriving now!
I am decluttering my plant collection at the moment. Also have given up on some of the species types like Alocasia cannot take there yellowing on there leaves so hard to get there watering right. Philodendron Pink and White Princess i sold them keeps reverting and discoloured on the white parts aswell. Hoya Wilbur Graves this one can revert the silver and splashes doesn’t stay. Hoya Carnosa Stardust is a pretty one i wouls get that one instead. The Hoya Nova Ghost is a gorgeous one compared to the guinea Ghost one. Pity cannot ship any plants to you. If you ever visit Dublin you probably can get some of your wishlist plants and also from my collection too.
I always feel like the pronunciation of Broget should be (as much as I know it's not 🤣) is like a yoghurt for dude bros.. You want some Broget man? Dude... Yes, bring it on, dude... *fade out to wayne's world theme" Party time! Excellent...
I bought a 4 leaf three Kings, along with a 2 leaf mottled syngonium from fb for a good price. I lost a leaf from the three Kings due to damage during transit but I planted them up in pon and they've gone wild. The three Kings is by far my favourite syngonium that I own. I'm just getting into hoya and the ones you showed today are gorgeous! And I just got down to the last two plants on my wishlist 😏😉
Nicely done on whittling down your wishlist! Just avoid IG and it won’t grow again 😂 glad to hear your 3 kings is doing well in pon! I’ve not really tried many syngoniums in pon but after this I may give it a go! Thanks!
I have the regular and the black stem Zebrina, they are both quite easy. The black stem is my favorite :) Queen Anthuriums are my weakness, i just got a third , a seedling for 45 euro from Ecuagenera Europe (i live in Germany ). I didn't dare to import any plants yet, i would rather pay a bit more and have a lower risk. I am not sure if the Europe store aclimates them but it came in soil and until now she is doing good...i am very stubborn and i am trying to get them used to normal humidity. I saw quite a few people saying that it is possible if you keep them well wattered.I hope that from the 3 i have one can aclimate , if not i will get an Ikea Fabrikor as soon as i see it available online.
What I would do to have 3 queen anthuriums 🫠 ecuagenera is doing a pop up in Leeds in august so I might need to buy one when I’m up there! Good luck acclimating them! I hope you can get them used to ‘normal’ 🤞
I wish I could send you my alocasia black stem. But it consistently has spider mites because #alocasia… and the shipping might be a bit much from California to London
I'm actually growing two Melo's from corms that I bought off FB marketplace. I got two incase one failed, and right now they're at 1 leaf each (woo!) But I will be selling the spare when it's a bit more established!
I love the 3 kings I'd like one my self to. Just purchased a hoya callistophyla full plant that I've been after for a while. No more plants to buy now for a while for me. Trying to sell a couple but no luck at the mo x
I live near borneo where scindapsus grows endemic. tbh I'm also worried I can't give them the care they need if it lives in my home. 😂 currently eyeing on scindapsys dark satin on local onlineshop. If Im in UK i'd give you a cutting for sure😅
Hmm 🤔 the M borsigiana node spacing comment - I’m gonna have to examine mine more closely and see what I really have in here, because I’m also dissatisfied with mine and ready to 🥾 it
@@GoodGrowing yes! A properly massive one too for me, instead of trying to make this long and stretched out single plant look anything close to the definition of lush 😤
You mean, buying a plant for YOU, don't you??? Because buying a plant together implies we get some ownership as well. But that doesn't enter your equation here. So it's just getting viewers to buy you MORE plants. This doesn't bode well for your optics in my opinion. Just a thought. I normally like your content, but don't like this at all.
@@grat2010 RUclips beggar's are the worst kind. You're swindling these idiotic women out of their money. You might as well be in the subway with a cup... Sickening.
I appreciate your concern. My plan with this was to keep y'all updated on the plant every step of the way and treat it like OUR plant, making decisions together. If you don't fancy contributing, don't. I totally respect that. It's not for everyone. But I would appreciate if you took your negativity elsewhere and stopped bothering others watching this. Thank you
Calathea Ornata
yay first vote thanks :))
Oh Emma, you are adorable! I can't help but smile when I watch you.
yassssss omg such a great idea! If I wasn't broke I would buy em all for you
aww you're such a sweetheart! If I wasn't broke, I'd buy them all too 🥰

I just got my top 5 wishlist plants and I'm over the moon. Philodendron melanochrysum, verrucosum, tortum and Hoya glabra and white multiflora
Omg what a freaking haul!! That’s so so exciting!
Your intro is so cute! 😍😍. And that philodendron Red is BEAUTIFUL. I need to add that to my wishlist 🤩
hehe thanks :)

yeah the broget is expensive here too... but since they're so easy to prop, hopefully they'll drop in price for both of us soon!
I purchased my queen A. and Philo El Choco red and I am so glad I did. Bonus! Your videos helped me transition it, thank you for your wisdom. 😉
Ahhh so so glad I could help with the acclimation! But you’re tempting me! Did you import?

I just got a baby Lemon Lime Maranta (very new and rare to Australia) I’m in love and now need a Black Maranta! 😍
Yesss just you wait the lemon lime was super uncommon here a year ago and now they’re everywhere along with all the other funky marantas
The three kings and the dark satin are on my wish list. They’re gorgeous

i bought waay to many wishlist plants lately, serpens, patricea..shake..hoyas, uum ya hha
it's so tough not to isn't it!
Calathea ornata is really cute but sadly a really hard houseplant :( get an Aglaonema Rotundum, really look alike but much easier
Yeah they're not the easiest but I really found them rewarding to grow
Plant Prescription has three kings 😭 have to resist
Oh god! 🙈
