I have a9 tab the standard it runs cod multiplayer well but not royale so this seems to stutter i assume is much better in normal multiplayer modes like tdm?

there's a very big difference between the standard and the plus version so it is very normal for yours to lag

Play on isolated map and with a squad and see if the FPS drops there
