My friend recommended me BHP 3 weeks ago, I now continue using BHP. I'm driving X70 Executive (2021). Before that my fuel consumption is at 8.3L/100KM but after using BHP, now at 7.9L/100KM. I can feel the quick power respond when step on the pedal, if you release your pedal while cruising you will feel it drag on for longer distance. Highly recommended.
Uncle, real world fuel consumption test should be done with a mixture of city centre coupled with highway driving. I would suggest that maybe you spend the 30 Km driving around KL city centre followed by using the Federal highway to Sunway or Subang then followed by using the NKVE to PJ. This will truly reflect Real World test. If you have not return the Vios, can you test it this way so that most of us will be able to gauge Vios fuel consumption and assist those who are interested in owing one.
Just a suggestion, maybe add a table ranking at the end of each video for "real world fuel consumption test" for every car you have tested for this category at the end of the video. That would be a very informative addition to your video. Maybe you can put the ranking by segment too, for example if you are testing B-segment car then only B-segment model which you have tested is in the table at the end of each video. Really appreciate your effort in making such live test, keep up the good work!!
Actually it is a good idea. I need to cpme tp terms with tue fact that every test condition is different, so it may be unfair to compare some of the figures. Will think about it seriously and see if we can come up with a good method. Thanks for the suggestion.
Hi Uncle/other viewers.. Between these 3 cars, which would you pick and what do you like/dislike bout the car? Vios/City/Myvi. I feel like Myvi has improved quite a fair bit with the last facelift.. really wondering if it's worthwhile to pay the extra 30k or so to get a vios/city instead of a myvi. I mostly only do city driving, maybe only 1-2 trips a year KL/JB.
After my first 1k mileage service done , I’m able to get 22.x km/L when driving over a long distance highway. Before the service, I’m only able to get ~10.x km/L. Really huge difference… maybe the changing of the engine oil had an impact ? 🤔
It's bcoz 10.9km/L is the average consumption from the day u took your car. I suggest you to turn on 'avg fuel reset after refuel' option in display setting. The reading would be more accurate based on your recent driving
I was driving City for 16 years. Now I'm driving Vios which I have to say is less responsive vs City. When I made these comments to Toyota advisors, their response were consistently "CVT macam tu lah". Go for Honda for the fun and responsiveness. Fuel consumption will be better on hybrid or else for city commuting both City and Vios are about the same. I use BHP RON 97.
ACC wants to keep you at the set speed, so it may accelerate at a faster pace if your speed is down, and it may brake earlier than you intended, so you may use more fuel.
The worse is truly persona, despite they're all cvt, persona doing 3k rpm when going 120kmph, while vios and city merely 2k at the same speed Plus persona 1.6l engine vs vios & city 1.5l, definitely persona the worse
First, you must reset your AV Consumption. Then you drive like you see me. Another viewer also wrote in, and he did not reset his meter - which means the entire car historical data is being recalculated.
Boss please do a Vios G and Honda city RS Which is better In terms of quality, design, performance ( handling, breaking, speed ) I think people overlook the new vios
@@YSKhongDriving most people will drive at fast lane at max speed 120 or 100 km/h when the traffic is clear. When the traffic is bad still at fast lane 60 - 90km/h. But uncle always at the slow lane follow je all the other uncle drivers until stuck behind a lorry
@@danielsolomon1710 if you wanna show FC, drive conservatively. unless if wanna show speed, then can drive faster. driving faster is irrelevant to show the FC. any car above 90kmh will have FC deteriorated because of aerodynamic factor. so driving below 90 can show better the capability of the engine to achieve best FC. if you wanna see uncle drive fast can check his other video.
Uncle YS, so good fuel consumption so? 90k+ Toyota cut off the practicality of this perodua vios by removing folding seat, arm rest, spare tyres, fog lights, side passenger mirror, myvi interior, myvi engine.. 😂 Not worth after all I could say. Be smart consumer and don't being con by Toyota. 😅
Do you really need arm rest ? Or do you use arm rest often ? Did you use spare tyre b4? Did you really use folding seat in sedan car? For suv yes. Do you need fog lights in a country when there is no fog ? Got myvi interior meh? You open eye big big and compare side by side. Rather than saying myvi engine, why not saying myvi is using Toyota engine ? Since the engine is designed by Daihatsu, not Perodua 😉
My daily drive from Seremban to klang
Eco mode on = 23.9/L (90 - 95km/h)
Eco mode off = 22.1/L (90-95km/h)

Yes, a good fuel helps consumption.
I managed to get 20-21 km/l as well for my daily drive to/from work too
25-30km per trip
Yeah, you did it using BHP petrol. Been using the brand after you recommended it, I find it good.
Thanks, Harvard. Good choice!

Just saw the petrol pump attended try to catch u. Perhaps u forget ur drinks? Haha
Hahaha, no, lar.
She want to slide in the DM's
Great 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
that road people on the right lane will drive slow just because they want it that way, not because there is huge space in front of them
Welcome to Malaysia.
Uncle, I'm curious, how come my bezza 1.3L is 16km/l while a Vios 1.5L is 18km/l? I thought the bezza would be more economical
Perhaps you are driving it differently. Even 2 people driving differently with same car can have different results
uncle, only BHP fuel have this technology? What about other petrol like shell, petronas, etc? Just wondering.
Not sure. They all have some additives, but I dont have full details.
Hi Uncle. Sorry if my question is not related. Which one should i pick between bmw 330i and 330e? Thank you Uncle 🙏🏻
330i if u dont want hybrid problems longterm after warranty 330e if u love plugin hybrid can save fuel short distance and charge at home.
Both give 420NM of torque.but one give in an instant, and have better fuel efficiency doing so.
If you want better consumption, take the 330e. If you want power, take the 330i.
❤
u need to review the mazda cx60

Not that much. Maybe you drove too slowly before the service
WAH..U SO GOOD...22KM/L..
I ALSO AFTER SERVICE 890KM..but only run 13km/L...WHY AH?
SAME RANGE TOYOTA AND ENGINE OIL HOW COME DIFFERENT?
Why my new vios fuel consumption is not as good as yours ? I’m now running about 1k km and now is 10.9/km.L
Confirm not using BHPetrol 😜😜
Drive on highway is different from driving in the city.
After first service your fuel consumption will get better

Hi YS do you on Eco mode or you drive in normal mode in this video?
ECO
city and new vios which better performance mr khong…?
Each has its own appeal to different people. Depends on what you mean by performance
Power go to city. Stability go to where ya uncle ? Vios ?
Uncle, why not use ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) to maintain the speed?
ACC wants to keep you at the set speed, so it may accelerate at a faster pace if your speed is down, and it may brake earlier than you intended, so you may use more fuel.
😂there's the equipment prevent the gopro from recording reflections!
And what is it?
In terms of fuel consumption, which is the most fuel efficient, Toyota Vios, Honda City or the Proton Persona? And the worst fuel consumption?
Worst is definitely Persona
Honda city
I think vios and city is comparable. most important things is ur right legs
Of course city
The worse is truly persona, despite they're all cvt, persona doing 3k rpm when going 120kmph, while vios and city merely 2k at the same speed

Hi sir, what’s the speed range for fuel efficiency?
Around 90 to 100 kmh
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
how much does it cost with full tank BHP for Vios 2023?
It's a 40 liter tank ,I tjink so should not be more than RM80. Usually one pumps in ablut 30 liters, so that would be around RM60+
you forgot your kacang and nescafe ?
Hahaha - yes!
Same as honda city
MR KHONG,I cant do it 20km/L...ONLY MAXIMUM 13KM/L..HOW?AFTER SERVICE 900KM..

I am wondering too, but it's been a long time since we drove the Almera.
