What’s New At Ulta Beauty | Drugstore and High-End Makeup

With new makeup launching every single day, it’s hard to know what makeup products are worth spending money on. Today, I’m testing so many new makeup products you can find at Ulta Beauty. I purchased drugstore and high end makeup to test all day. There’s a new foundation pen from MAC that looks promising. I’m also including makeup that I already use and enjoy into the mix today. I love the Julia’s Place blush! I get excited about applying it! And definitely agree with apply a tiny dot on the back of your hand, spreading it slightly, then using a blush to apply to the checks.

I love this mascara, it is effortless for me. It is a little messy I've noticed but nothing a little swab won't take away! I haven't had any transfer to my upper lid though.

The only thing I hate about lip plumping is you can’t kiss your babies it leaves red marks on them 😢

After the first hour, the plumping sensation was gone and I kept kissing my own hand to see if I would feel or see anything and nothing :) but of course better safe than sorry.

What do you think the Dupe for the IT Cosmetics brush?

I don’t like when you mix blush shades because it’s hard for us at home to achieve that color if we like it, because not all of us can afford to buy 3 to mix. Specifically mentioning blush because you do this a lot with blush, but I guess the same could go for every cosmetic item. It’s better if you just use one because if we love the one color, we can more easily go purchase just the one.

Is this another foundation that neeeeeds to be warmed up first to make it waterproof and transfer proof? You know, like how the face and body needs to be warmed up first, to "activate" it
