I was surprised to see teams like Hannover, Hamburger, Bertha and Schalke in the 2nd division (I don't follow football much in general so excuse my lack of awareness). Anyway, it took me 2 seasons to get into Bundesliga and after 2 seasons of top 6 finishes, I'm now competing for the title. I found send my Scouts to South America paid dividends. Got top quality players on low wages and transfer fees.
Day 36 asking Jarrad to rebuild Racing (pronounced Rah-thing) Santander. They qualified for the 2008-09 UEFA Cup and got drawn in the same group as PSG (they got a 2-2 draw) and Manchester City (they beat them here in Santander 3-1) and got grouped by a goal (+2 for PSG, +1 for Racing). In 2012, they got relegated to the Second Division and have been alternating between the 3rd and the 2nd Division without any options of returning to LaLiga. They're currently fighting for the 6th place which grants them access to the Play-off to LaLiga in Segunda División. It would be incredible if you made them win the UCL. These Rebuilds make me wish that EA would implement something similar to NBA 2Ks mode where they have the current standings of all teams in the league, their squads overalls up or down depending on form etc. Would mean you could take over Schalke in 14th with whatever EA feels is fair ratings for their squad, and potentially making these builds harder.

Shouldn't some clubs especially big ones come together and donate money to help stop clubs from extinction, i heard their not allowed, its not fair. Some clubs spend what Schalke owe in debt on 1 player. Its not right. The history of a football club is worth more then 1 player.
