Because of these videos I went and picked up my 2 door tahoe thats been sitting for 5 years! Shes really rusty haha very jealous of your clean tahoe! Thank you for the great videos!
As a fellow owner of a 95 Tahoe, I'm loving this series! Your content is very well made and engaging. I am out in the midwest, so since I usually only deal with snow/mud I'm going up high with a 6" suspension lift, some Rough Terrain 35's with a Tru-track 4.56 and ditching the TBI for a small 4bbl. Looking forward to more, thanks!
Jason, not at all related to this video. I recently installed my 2.5 GC lift on my 2016 2 door. Thanks to your videos I knew to move the brake lines below the filler neck, and how to do it while I was under there. That sent me off into just ensuring that even as I add lift in the future all of my lines and wiring and hoses were already long enough. Thanks for all the videos, they are helping me a lot.
What an excellent upgrade! You also show far more concern for your fellow drivers than most; I appreciated your showing us the PROPER way to aim all those lights and WHEN to use them! Enjoy these lights on all YOUR drives! 👍
These old trucks are great. I bought a 1999 Ram 2500 v10 a couple months ago as a winter beater up here in the north and love it. Same thing, put top notch upgrades on a cheap high mileage old truck but they work. They work well and make the old truck just that much more enjoyable to drive. Plus my old 99 2500 rides WAY smoother then my 4th gen longhorn 3500 ever did. Ya, I spent as much on synergy steering upgrades and a thuren track bar then the truck cost to buy but it’s a great old truck that’s even better to drive now. 👍🏼 great video Jason.
Love your channel and I too bought a 1998 Tahoe a couple years back and did a lot of the same mods as I followed along... NOW, I bought a 1st Gen Ford Raptor (first Ford truck), and hoping you buy a !st Gen too....!!! Keep up the great content.
Ha they are super bright, good going. Truck looks good fun, & as you say if holding up too what you want it too do. That’s cool upgrading and fitting stuff it’s good fun. Slowly making a old truck better for my needs, it’s a old 2001 Ford ranger (Uk). Nice going take care 👍🏼
I would have used ring terminals for the wiring under the hood for the fuse block for extra security but that's just my OCD talking good job as always Jason!
Loving the Tahoe Build Series. Your videos always get juices flowing in my brain for my Tahoe, although up grades will have to wait a little as I had to replace my trans recently. Have you thought about up grading the headlight housing to glass one? Still available at Amazon, Spyder Auto HD-YD-CCK88-C. Had mine for few years, no more dull and hazy headlights.
Did you see Baja designs announced they will do a completely free upgrade to anyone that has a first generation SAE fog lights for their 2nd generation SAE fog lights ?
I don't think 18's are the way to go for this rig unless I figure out how to get 37 inch tires. I wouldn't mind some nice 17" wheels at some point but the truck has booked film work because it looks so close to stock.
Do you like the sPod better or the rocker switches from painless performance that are on your wrangler better? I’m looking to run a bunch of accessory lighting off my f-150 and would need something similar. Just curious on which setup you like best.
Great question! The sPOD is amazing and honestly easier and a cleaner install. BUT the one good thing about the rocker switches on the Jeep is that to activate the lockers feels a bit safer with them... but for just lights and accessories... sPOD all day.
Are you sure the headlights are aimed properly (left & right)? In the night time demo with them on they look to be BOTH pointing to the left of that yellow sign. There's no light at all on the right side of road/guardrail/right of traffic sign. Maybe an illusion by video.....?
Thanks!
This is so kind of you... THANK YOU SO MUCH! .🙌🙌🙌
I finally got my 99 k1500 suburban running good. This gives me more inspiration to do more on it. Keep up the work on the tahoe.
Congrats on getting yours running...love these things!
You're a hard worker and not afraid to get your hands involved - can tall by the bloody knuckles and scrapes! LOL! Keep up the great work! 🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁
Good spot... yeah, working in tight spots with big hands gets tricky sometimes. 😂
Because of these videos I went and picked up my 2 door tahoe thats been sitting for 5 years! Shes really rusty haha very jealous of your clean tahoe! Thank you for the great videos!
Glad to hear about your rig getting a little love! The 2 doors are so good looking.
Thanks for showing how you aimed the lights and I wish more people knew how to aim them!
You bet!

Howdy Jason ! I hope all is well with you and the family happy holidays !!

Love hearing this... thanks so much for sharing and being part of the channel!
Just got done wrenching my my truck and came in to find a new video! Talk about getting lit. I need me some good bright amber and party lights.
HA! They do make me pretty happy!
Your Tahoe videos are my fav. Thanks for sharing your vehicle journey with us.
Glad you like them! Thank you!
Have been running a sPod on my 2016 JK for six years. Never an issue. Great add-on to the Tahoe. 🤟😎
It's a really good unit!
I'm really excited about this SUV.
I'm glad to hear this!
Visited the sPod guys at the shop a while back for an issue I was having and the service was top notch! I’ve been a loyal customer ever since.
Now you tell me... LOL I'm super impressed with their stuff!
@@AutoEdits Yeah, it was back when your JK was bone stock haha.
🤣

Thank you so much for appreciating this!!!

I love everything about this comment and the story of your truck!
The Tahoe has been pretty solid. Deserves some good parts .
Glad you agree!
There is always so much awesome in you videos!! Those party lights made my smile…..sooooo awesome dude!!!!
Thanks dude!
I still need to get an sPOD one of these days so I can turn the lockers, sway bar, and winch relay on whenever I want. They have such a clean setup.
It really is a nice setup... I was slow to come around for a few years but dang it's good.
Yes!! I love the Tahoe build series!
Yeah buddy!
Those lights look fantastic on there...
Thanks... I go out and just look at it 🤣 That's how you know you're doing it right!
@@AutoEdits absolutely.. now we need a video from you out there offloading and testing all your lights out.. even the party lights🤣🤣
Always love your videos. I ended up with an sPOD in my JK with the JK specific premade switch panel. Great little unit.
Now you tell me... LOL
Perfect spot 4 the fuse 👌👌 i love it
Like it was meant to be there 🤣

I would absolutely love a gen1 Raptor... not in the budget for a while unfortunately but I'm glad you're here and like your style!
Man's got a solid light setup! Wouldn't expect anything less 🏆
HA! Wait till you see the next attempt at Jeep lighting additions!
@@AutoEdits can't wait
Yes!!!! More Tahoe!!!
Deal!

I may follow your lead, yet again, and order those things. It is such a fun platform to work on and I'm really glad you are here to be a part of it!
Great video as usual! Thanks!
Thanks for being here!!!
I see you, going stealth camping with these downtown LA lights in party mode 😂
I'd be more afraid of camping in downtown that I would be of in the mountains... even with bigfoot out there... somewhere!
Looks good Jason
Thank you... I'm digging the whole setup so far!
I want the 2-door version of this so bad. Would love to then do all of these mods.
Jason you are the man lol
Jason, ya gotta get the ram 1500 back and take it rippin in the desert!
I miss that truck but it is in good care with the new owner. I'll have another desert ripper someday.
If you ever get rid of this car, let me be at the top of the list lol. I have a 97 Tahoe, but yours looks way nicer lol
Ha! ok!
@@AutoEdits gonna start saving my sheckles!
When are you making more videos on this beauty
WooHoo Jason's back. Any upcoming 🎥🎬projects we should be looking for you in?
HA! Nothing really major... all of these background jobs are hopefully just getting the foundation good for solid work in the future.
Did you see Baja designs announced they will do a completely free upgrade to anyone that has a first generation SAE fog lights for their 2nd generation SAE fog lights ?
Thanks for that reminder!
Hey can you put a 3inch front in rear lift kit from torch off-road. I think it would look good on the Tahoe
It's lifted as far is I want ruclips.net/video/Jq-FvLoSr9Q/видео.html Save your money.
Finally!!!!
HA! I had some copyright issues with the music that took some time to sort out... glad you made it back!
I'd like to see some 2020 oem style 18s on this

Boss, you at the Universal Studios back lot? Acting gig?
Not today... I was a week ago 😉

That's a bit of a camera angle thing but also these new bulbs aren't perfect but they are much better than it was stock.
👌
Hi Jason. What is the max amp per channel and the total max amps combined for the S Pod? Thanks
30 per channel. you'll have to look up the rest... it's at the link in the description.
Around here lights can't go past 50 watts to be street legal.
These aren't meant to be street legal... just auxillary trail lights.
Needs a lift kit
