  • William's Traditional Kouneli Stifado is a delicious and satiating stew of rabbit and shallots bathed in a beautifully rich gravy, emanating from Ioannina, Epirus, Greece.
    To prepare this recipe, we used some beautiful ingredients from the Grecian Purveyor, William’s online store. These carefully sourced ingredients elevate this dish to a whole other level of deliciousness.

    Oh my god! Haven't had this in years! Not sure about cooking with extra virgin olive oil though? Isn't that better suited for salads? In saying that, mum uses it for everything - frying, baking, dressings, aches and pains! haha!
