Can changing a rack and pinion on a 2014 corolla be done without pulling the engine?

Yes it can, you have to lift the vehicle and take off the wheels like normal, but you’ve got to support the engine either from a jack on the bottom or a support that goes across the strut towers on top (jack is easier and more accessible) then you can remove that rear engine mount. After you take everything off like normal you may have to loosen the sway links on either side so you can twist the sway bar out of the way to make more room because you’re going to have to pull it out from the hole the end is popping out of.
