i think why i like the "episode a day" format is because this almost feels like waking up and having those early morning cartoons on, it feels really cozy if that makes sense?
i absolutely love this show, i cannot wait til we get into the lore and serious tones :) i hope this shows equally a blast for you by the end !!

For the spell thing it could be that she grew up with somebody teaching it to her maybe?? I dont know if they ever confirmed that or not. Also i dont know if this is a spoiler so dont read this if you havent watched it yet but are the spells star normally use the ones she invented and the other spells she just use when needed?

Don’t know if it’s been explained to scoot yet, but basically how Star’s magic works is that they can literally create any spell they can imagine. There are still basic types of magic spells that can be taught like levitation or teleportation, but all the spells recorded in the Butterfly spell book are spells made up by each monarch who had the wand
