Wilwoods are great brakes. Not sure of your setup but it should stop on a dime. As Kalvin said, check MC bore size. If you changed from power to manual or vice versa, not having the right bore size will make them not work properly. There are different bore sizes for manual and power brakes. Is the pedal really stiff? That’s a sign of wrong bore size.
Ensure you have a correct bore master cylinder for your application. It should be working okay out of the box, no special instructions, normal break in procedure for brakes.

Thanks Brian. Then entire setup is manual. Pedal seems like it gets firm about 1//2 way down or so. The brake pedal assembly is Wilwood reverse mount.
The driver and passenger windows have adjustments. Should have a jam nut and a screw. I’ve spent hours on adjusting mine
Thanks. Any tips to know which way to adjust them?

Thanks Kalvin. I have dual 7/8” masters I’m pretty sure.
And stops for the height adjustment
I’ll work on the height too. Should I do height first?
@@SOB_Garage I did the height last because when you tip the window in or out the height will change
