I lived in Los Angeles for 20 years, I always thought of it as a friendly city. San Francisco on the other hand, that you don't even have on this list, I lived there for 2 years and on and off is very uppity, snooty. I always thought was one very unfriendly city. I have lived all over the county. Mostly the others that you have named sound correct.
