Aaaah; my mid 20's when this first was heard on our local FM station blasting out tuneage from my Pioneer car radio and quad speaker system in the old Toyota hylux P/U. Aaaah. C'mon brain. take me there.
+brad nelson If I'm correct, this song was released in 1987, when I was two years old, it's now 2017, my 32nd birthday is in June. It reminds me of my mother, who died of cancer of the adrenal glands and stomach lining, as well as lung cancer. Linda May Shaler December 11th, 1965-June 20th, 2014. RIP, Mom
made u get that 100 like for that wise comment.
Steve Perry journeg, when you live a woman

She needs to get in already!! Along with Rick Springfield, Loverboy, Survivor, Weird Al, and Billy Squier
the fact that madonna is in the rock n roll hall of fame and pat isn't is just fucking bullshit.

I miss being a kid just in the backseat while mom took me anywhere and she wasn’t fighting with dad. I just miss feeling loved and safe.
You’re not alone. It was nice when someone else was dealing with life and making it all ok. The drivers seat is hard so I play

INVINCIBLE
To get me through! 🤭
I wasn’t even alive during the 80s and this song makes me feel nostalgic
IT IS RELATIVE TO YOU PESONALLY BASED ON A LOVE RELATIONSHIP AND/OR LIFE EXPECTANCY AND EXPERIENCE; ABSORB WHILE YOU OBSERVE. ENJOY YOUR TREK; LIFE

Me and me husband have been together since i was 15. Im 36 we have 4 kids and we dont get along because of her exact lyrics. To give you up that easy to the doubts that complicate your mind! I chose him even after the hell we have put eachother through and we have been through i still look in his eyes and get weak. I hope some day he sees this comment and understands before its too late.
I know that we can't go back to the 80"s, but we can in youtube even if it's just a few minutes.
Fuckya

So many memories, good and bad, and I wouldn't change anything looking back.
One of my all time favourite tracks, this song never achieved the recognition it deserved, brilliant lyrics and a bangin tune, bravo.
It was pretty popular.

Man this tune is such a gem. Takes me right out of whatever I'm doing or thinking every time it comes on. Like a good sermon.
Shout out to the guy on the drums who really wants to be Danny Elfman. You are the hidden champion of this video.
There is a live video of Hell is for Children where he is jumping around and playing drums. I was wondering what was going on but apparently that is his thing.
lol
Such a beautiful, positive, legendary song. Grew up with her and it's obvious this song will last forever.
This music made a huge impact on me as a teenager. Thank you Pat Benatar for sharing your powerful beautiful voice.
One of the best songs I ever heard..and singer..thanks pat..
Who else is going through all their classic jams thinking about how life was back in the days ✌🏼️

This song means soooo much to me. Besides Pat's heavenly voice, Neil is just superb on this one
That drummer tho. He'steals the video. The hair, tank top - he's got it all. Great video
One of the most talented and unique singer/song writers in all of rock. I am so grateful having grown up to your music. God Bless You.
If you never listened to the lyrics PAY ATTENTION TO THEM! This is what 1980s music was about...
They were basically some of the most powerful voices and poems ever written, then set to timeless music.
Thee perfect pop song and Pat makes it shine!!
We Belong To the Light We Belong to the Thunder We Belong to the Sound of the Words Weve Both Fallen Under - Pat Benetar Will Not Be Forgotten 🎶🔥

Listened to this when I was a child in the early '80s, and here I am, listening to it today. Life is... curious.

True that
The 80s is the best of everything , laid back life, funky fashion, a young michael jordan electrifying the nba, and of COURSE GREAT MUSIC.THANK GOD I GREW UP IN THE 80s.
The cocaine wasn't bad either
Um, I lived through the 80s and there was a lot of crap in that decade, too. Let's not look at the past through rose colored glasses, shall we?
@@brianforrester9670 I see what you mean, my friend, but it's no better now, is it ?

Shivers are running down my spine. What a voice!
To the person that reads this, I ask the Lord to bless them and their family, to cure them of every sickness and pain, to fill their emptiness with love joy and peace, to rebuke the enemy from their lives. " ASK JESUS TO COME INTO YOUR HEART AND SAVE YOU, AND TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SINS, FOR WE GIVE THANKS AND GLORY TO THE LORD. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST AMEN!
I love you!
Always was taken back and amazed at Pat. Amazing woman!
