Yeah it definitely seems like the factory blower becomes quite the restriction when the top end of the motor is done. Even with all the work performed on the factory blower, this Maggie blower beat it by 80-100 hp at the same boost level. Then E took it to another level. Fantastic! 🇺🇸💪👍
I know the engine is *very* built in this video, but I'm wondering what the necessity components would be for a "stock" V2 upgrade. I would think injectors (1050?), upper and lower pulleys and additional cooling? Or would you have to build the entire thing up in order to see any difference with the heartbeat?
Same here. Everyone said spend 3400 for porting and upgrades in the OE. Hell nah. I just forked 2600 more and went with a Heartbeat. Can't wait to throw it on.
the heartbeat on stock cubes is pointless there are guys making this power with ported 1.9s Im actually disappointed in the power it made with the mods listed
I test fitting this intake on my ported lsa 16 " Chevy SS m6 it will fit but will require about 3.5" to be removed off the end and put another bead on it where you cut. I have a bunch of pictures ill send to rpm. Ill be get a dyno soon and shoot for the manual record.

RaceProvenMotorsports I knew about the TVS,but wondered about the Heartbeat like on the CTS-V. I've never seen a TVS2300 put down 900rwhp. I have a 416 stroker.
832whp I think maybe 10 more tq I'd have to check. Still only 14.5 psi of boost which was the most impressive part. If we changed pulley it would of done a lot more.
I have to call ya out on this nonintake is going to make 100hp man leave the same exact tun and swap out the 5in for a 4in and I bet it won’t make even 25hp more then the 4in. If you have a 4in throttle body and 5in exhaust the 4inch throttle is not going to flow the a mount that that 5in intake can. I want to see a back to back 4in vs 5in no tuning done no timing increases then you will see what’s better
@@RaceProvenMotorsports i just want to see a back to back run 4in then 5in no timing change just tuned to the same afr. you can pull the air filter and pipe off and it might even make more then with the intake. just want to see a back to back. if you throw more timing on one setup then the other its going to make more power and its not a real comparison. I'm not trying to be an asshole just to many people on youtube try and make there stuff be something that it really is not. so if it is just prove it

Years ago I was telling CTS-V guys to swap to the 2300 and a lot of them told me it wasn't worth it. I guess they were wrong. Lol

Josh Willmont Exactly! The 1.9 is a perfect size for the 6.2 it only makes sense to go bigger when you have a bigger cubed engine.
What was the pulley combination?
Did you have a problem with the TB touching that pulley? Did you use a spacer?
