That army green SG is a Chicago music exchange exclusive they had the small block inlays came in several different colors not a fan of those type of inlays always fun shopping with Marty 👍🤘
Not sure if you noticed or not but that 1987x was from Brett Papa.... He just used it in a Marshall Head shootout video.. Pretty cool. I should have snagged it as it was a really good deal, but I am down in Jax....
F me Freddy! 😱 That R9 for 5K is nice!!! 2017's' are the exact same as the True historics gibson discontined the year before! IF that was local it would be mine!
From jeremy: vintage bikes show up on mine as well lol! 30 years ago when I was 20 I had a 1975 250 honda Elsinore I stripped all the lights off it for trail riding. When I was 3 yrs old my dad had the same bike. I loved that bike and wished I kept it now. My buddies were all riding racers so I ended up selling it and buying one of those because my honda didn't keep up lmao! Oh well lived and learned, at least I had fun!!
The JCM 2000 is 100% British, the DLS is imported from Vietnam. The easy way to tell a true modern Marshall is Jim's signature is printed on the faceplate. Oh, and the Blue Dress was my Favorite !
@@bradleywood1499 Agreed, BUT the amps that display "DLS" on the faceplate instead of JCM are not manufactured in England. That is my point and they are NOT the same build.
The Olive Drab DS is a Chicago Music Exchange edition, 70s small block inlays, tortoise shell pickguard... I always wanted one, they were $1400 new I think 5 years ago or more...
How have you been keeping man. I had that EVH 5150? It came out just a year before they brought out the model with the red kill switch button. I really like the Japanese kramer with the German floyd rose. If you like kramer definitely worth a look. I don't do Facebook, but I spend a lot of time ( too much) on ebay, on the British and Japanese market. Thats why I love you doing these types of videos. Traded my fgn iliad tele, for a charvel pro mod hsh 24 dk in sparkling blue to a shop in England last week. Just left it round to a guitar tech to set it up for me.
Times have changed nothing is selling these days. That JCM 900 with the 4x12 cab would have trouble selling at 800 on my Facebook marketplace in my area On my local Craigslist a guy had a mint condition 2002 Fender Twin Reverb 2x12 combo for 400 bucks and it sat for a few weeks before it sold. All the gear you were showing were way over priced compared to what stuff sells for in my area
Something about that SG just don’t sit right with me. The headstock and the inlays. The inlays looked like those plastic ones you get with epiphone.. they looked too shiny
There are mint condition Gibson SG Standards for 850=1000 in my area. All this stuff you are saying are good deals are horrible deals compared to my area
I'm tourn? Guitars or amps or Batman outfit? 😂😂 Thanks Marty 🤘 shopping is always fun 😊
Literally made me laugh out loud with that comment.
Batman outfit while you play your new guitar through your new amp 😎
Enjoyed the video Marty. I needed that. You need to ask if the medication comes with the Peavey Amp at the beginning. 😂
lol! Asking for a friend haha
Great video...all about the hunt baby; love it!
Thanks! Like it when you do that.
Cool! It's fun to poke around and see what's out there. You just never know.
@@Ranch5150SkinWalker Thanks, reminds me of sitting around with a old buddy back in the day. Except it was the Trader Post

Good to know! Very cool. Thanks.

I found a really cool Marshall x12 off of marketplace for a dude in my area. Had a really really good price. Thanks. Sounds sick too.
Awesome vids bud
Keep um coming
nice vid.. that Kramer may have been the best item on there today.. price and value..
Yeh totally!
Always need more gear! 😊
Seems to me all you need is a plexy fractal and any guitar with good pick-ups

It is beautiful 😎🎸🙌

Towards the end I was getting the same anxiety I get when I’m doing the doom scrolling for gear. Need a beer now
That was Fun...onward to Reverb...🚀

Yes. The blue dress 😂
The made in England JCM 2000 Dual Superlead IS a DSL100.

🤣 You scrolled right past an old vintage LP junior!! Guess ur not Leslie West fan? 😁
I guess I missed it! Lol
What you called a "pill bottle" on top of that Peavy amp is actually a bottle of Tru Oil. It's used for gun stocks and guitar finishes.

I started working in a guitar shop a few weeks ago. Found out the guy I was racing to local guitar listings is my new boss 😂
How funny! I wonder how that's all gonna play out 😂🎸
@@Ranch5150SkinWalker We’ve come to an arrangement 😂
This is cool content. 🤘
at 7:00 was a listing for female clothing, it was in 50k COP, which is around $15 bucks, found your reaction funny haha, cheers

Hello Marty . Hendersonville , Tn here Brother .
Supposedly the Peavy XXX was supposed to be a signature amp for George Lynch. The deal fell through and George went to Randall for a signature amp.
I liked the Jackson’s and Charvels but you when right on past them
Since you clicked on a few dresses half your facebook feed is now gonna be dresses, just watch lol.
