    It's hard to know which to pick! I think I particularly will focus on number 5 the money one and also I loved what you said about delegating authority not just tasks - that has given me a lot to think about.

    I love your top down approach - this is exactly what I go through with my clients as well: Get clear on what you want, a goal, and then let's talk about what you need to do when based on that, rather than the other way around. Great video - thanks for sharing!

    Excellent! I like the 'Top Down' Principle. Add Value. Everything has to fit and flow from the Co Values and Goals is what I'm hearing. This has immediately effected how I hire. I've not been hiring employees that "Fit" the companies values and goals. They inevitably quit because they don't match the goals and values the company holds.

      Yes! … but don’t forget the systems and processes that ensure your team produce results that are consistent and matching the standards you lay out. Like an engine, if one part is faulty, the whole machine can break down or at the least won’t run efficiently. Everything needs to be synchronised. It sounds complicated, but it’s not if you focus on one thing at a time and work top down to ensure everything is aligned to your overall values, vision, mission and strategy. It’s actually the discipline to stick to these that catches most business owners out. 😊
