Tip : JT bro I finished my insain on f2p acc just few days ago and used exact hero's you have for insain 7-8 so I noticed the best time for drop is that 2 min and 56 sec droping with anubis so you kill all ronins as for insain 7-9 and 7-10 you will need to switch lil nice with Aries you have to do that because ronins and anubis get so anoyoing. So that silence help a lot plus the same drop at 2 min 56 sec plus don't forget to remove the Aries totom at the corner that you attack from , as for insain 7-10 that's easy to 3 flame just attack at 2min 56 sec and use the freeze at middle of base to freeze the ronines

You lose 1500 shards per golden essence if you decides to sell it and want to 10/10 hero. It would cost you 34.5k more shards if you want to 10/10 a hero but sold the essences. I wouldn't sell them if you are f2p to a small p2p account, if you spend 50$ a month you can sell them since they are so easy to get as a pay to play player.
