    Love this Mark, inspiring as ever.
    Couldn't agree more about the "losers don't take action" wisdom. The way i've been looking at things in the last few months is similar - "just turn up". Some days will be good, more bad, but the fact that you are there just practicing your art day in, day out will make you better than you ever thought possible.

      Yeah for sure, that Woody Allen quote I think it was about 'just showing up' has a lot of wisdom to it. What you said reminds me of Steven Pressfield and the 'War of Art' too, which is a lot about that mentality of practicing whether or not you feel like it every single day.

    Are your last chords Dm, B7(#9), Bb7, A7 and Dm? I'm wondering how to play these chords in a smoothly way. And btw how do you play chords like G7#11 and B7 (#9), like I literally don't know how to play a chord with a sharp lol. I mean do you play 5 notes or do you play something else?

    is this the same chord progression as the bill evans recording? your's seems a lot more....powerful lol

      @mmeronek  10 лет назад

      Haha, yeah it's the same progression. I think I have a very intense style of playing, where Bill is more soft and subtle.
