Lisa seems so nice and helpful. I hope the Planner I’ve got an appointment with is the same. I’ve never been so stressed out trying to understand how to make good on a zoning issue that I unknowingly got myself into with a garage extension. There’s so much to try and learn, and the regulations and code language is like a foreign language to regular, non-architecturally inclined citizens. I hope you’ll do more videos on topics like Adjustment Reviews for variance. It’s so hard to comprehend the criteria required.
R.A., thank you for your comment! I hope your appointment with the Planner will help. I will look into your video request. Thanks again! -Lisa
