First time viewing one of your videos. Great work! I love your smiling demeanor. You’ve got a great RUclips personality. I’ll subscribe. Looking forward to more.
I'm actually working on a fox (low polygon animal). I just made a separate ear and wanted to mirror the ear just like you did @ 18:25, Ctrl+A > Location. The ear is mirrored, indeed, but unfortunately, in a strange place. Changing the axises wouldn't change a thing. I guess my origin is in the/a wrong place... Somehow, the ear is connected with an orange origin point somewhat far away.
It'll mirror around whatever the object's origin (orange dot) is 😅 You'll need to move your object so that the origin is in the right place and then modify the ear position in edit mode. (The location doesn't necessarily have to be applied) If you need some further assistance, you can feel free to post some screenshots on the #questions-and-help section of the discord! Easier for me to tell what's going on with visuals 😅
Great video! thank you! Just one question, whenever I add the mirror modifier to the handle, only one of the bezier curve mirrors. Not sure if I missed a step.
You had me at "I think is pretty dope."
Just finished tut 3. Very good tutorials. Well done.

Thank you! 😄 - I'm glad you liked it!
Looking forward to seeing what you all do for your handles!
How would you make the text look engraved rather than extruded? Thank you for these videos 🙂
