I think thuppakki and kaththi (particularly the latter) were some of the best masala films of Tamil Cinema from the past decade, after early 2000s.
India can proudly own masala genre films . Whats are wrong in it?
Hollywood has become Hub of Commercial commic films as well

I like the distinction he makes between masala movies and mass movies.
Basically every K.V.Anand Movie, Full Package except Kavan it was kind of different KV movie for me
