For a woman: Using sex as a weapon against your man only having sex with them when you know you messed up but you don't want to apologize or when you did something that he doesn't know about yet and you want to try to get in his good graces. Or having sex with him when hes finally fed up with you and you just don't want him to leave

Young folks don't sweat trying to figure it out. The bottom line is as you simply get tired of it, mature and grow out of toxic sex. A woman gets to the point where she isn't accepting ANY relationship that isn't goal oriented to being a couple and a man gets to a point were the peace of one fire woman who has your back > the drama that comes with sleeping with multiple women you don't intend to commit to (if you keep a rotation of 6, for every 1 that ends amicably 5 will end in fussing, anger, crying, hurt, bitterness). And I use to tell EVERY last one I'm not committing. They were all ok with it in the beginning.
I'm glad there was some voice of reason. A little shocked most of it came from the men. Thank you thank Ron and Dj Damage.
I feel like toxicity comes in when you lack of honest communication, lack of self actualization, and lack of consideration for the partner. The more we lie to each other and try to fit the same mold as the last person, the worst things get for you because you're not being honest with yourself and others.
"Move!" Literally the best advice. Someone moving will bring all the problems to the forefront and things will end not too long after that.
Soul-ties are a real thing ppl, that's the real reason it is hard to stop.

But that is when a woman should not think that the guy loves her or has any emotional connection. That’s the first thing you have to help him feel is that you as a woman know how vulnerable he is and that this condition is temporary. Once his systems reboot, he’s going to put on his mask and it’s bravado, a woman job at this point is to make him feel safe. If a man feel safe, not only will he be back, he’ll never leave.
Of course, this is not 100%. And only your sex therapist/marriage counselor will be able to help you diagnose problems but…
