@@scamrasc why is it suddenly that she's labelled as 'mad' just because she is showing more emotions. for example when Edward was killed both Robb and catelyn discuss going to kings landing and 'killing them all' and ransacking the city for vengeance and would have done given the chance. I personally dont see how slowly killing the population of kings landing by making everyone starve is better than storming it for a quick victory. would you rather be instantly vaporised with dragonfire or starve to death slowly and agonisingly. in the siege starving scenario the poorest members of the city will be the ones to die first - at least attacking the city with dragons rich and poor will die alike with actually the tyrant ruling getting the brunt of the blast.
David 527 I think people are calling her “mad” because it seems as if all of the loss she has experienced is causing her to become very paranoid. @@FringeMusic107 of course it would be a different reaction. You don't think Sansa would have had an interesting reaction to finding out Jon's true lineage cancels out Daenerys claim to the throne; finding out the man she thought was her half-brother is in fact her cousin and the rightful monarch of the Seven Kingdoms not Daenerys a woman she is clearly beginning to resent. You don't think that would have been an interesting conversation? A conversation where Sansa would have urged Jon to take the throne and guarantee the north being ruled by one of their own. Where Jon would have argued he didn't want the throne and had already pledged himself to serve Daenerys. How would Arya have felt about all of this? We do not know. Dany’s bond with her dragons is just like the Starks’ bonds with their direwolves, but D&D only focused on the dragons (whom I LOVE - R.I.P. RHAEGAL AND VISERION - but I would have appreciated more of the Stark-direwolf relationship, too), especially with the development in the first few seasons. 😞

Instead of being at Winterfell, a life of comfort and protecting the Starks he's just casually sent off to the north into the wild, being injured with an ear missing with no thank you or proper goodbye. Jon is an arsehole to Ghost
I think it’s more so he’s having an identity crisis. Since he was a Targaryen all along he never really should have received a direwolf in the first place. His Stark identity and all moments belonging to it is a lie etc.
Yeah, the books make a much bigger deal of the connection between the wolves and the Stark children. You can definitely tell they sacrificed this theme throughout the entire story due to limitations with budget. I didn’t want to watch the show for the longest time, just because the books are so awesome, I knew a TV show could never do it justice. Once I figured out that the show would reveal the ending first, I had to start watching, but I’m really looking forward to the last two books now. I’m assuming the general plot is the same, but GRRM will fill in all the blanks that the show has left..
Season 8 is just underrated!!! The long night is the best game of thrones episode after the Battle of the Bastards!!! And the other 3 episodes were done very well with quality and much effort!!! Respect to the cast and crew!!!
Rhaegal deserved better and Ghost whimpering without a hug from Jon is criminal. You literally took out Rhaegal the way you did just for shock factor. Completely unbelievable to think Eurons ships wouldn't have been spotted from far away in the sky.
What's more unrealistic is the whole super accuracy of the scorpions, flying dragon and a medieval bolt thrower meant to shoot at walls and other more or less immobile targets. Fantasy show indeed. The writers definitely use a lot of emotional and shock value tricks to keep us engaged.
Sined scorpions we’re not at all used for attacking walls, ballista/catapults/ trebuchets are what you go for, scorpions are used for field battles usually
It's not even that Jon jilted Ghost, but how are you gonna pawn off your LOYAL direwolf off to Tormund? Ghost has had a strong psychic connection to Jon since the beginning.
That was never highlighted in the show however. Him having this huge goodbye could easily be seen as super forced, because he has not had any interaction with ghost since like season 3 or something. Would have been nice for the fan service and the people that read the books. But it was not really appropriate in the show.
I love Game of Thrones because of how unique and experimental it is. This season, for example, the writers decided to do the experiment of shooting the finale of 7 seasons of complicated character and world development without any script. I admire that courage and confidence!!
Am i the only one who thinks that its great how they show everything behind the scenes like its cool to see how they did every special effects, every scenes..

@@scamrasc Her acting has really improved however she has really lost everything in the tv show
@@scamrasc true. Just in this episode, she portrayed genuinely happy, jealousy, love, desperation, contentment (when she pets her dragons), anger and fury.
I don't need her to say a single sentence to understand her emotions. Great acting!
She is starting to imagine her allies, Tyrion and Jon, as enemies. I think her fears are valid because of how many times she has lost a loved one and been betrayed, but the way they have been portraying Dany this season has me worried. They shoot her scenes in a way that makes you think she’s slowly losing her mind.

@@FringeMusic107 of course it would be a different reaction.
It would have provided crucial character development and set up their motivations for the final couple of episodes?

Its ok i think rhaegal is coming back. Warged by bran or resurrected just like his dragonrider
No they wouldn't have been spotted as they were hiding behind a cliff. And euron's ships came out of hiding and attacked Dany's dragons.
They saving him from/for something.

You cannot resist loving Cersei's acting skills. Par excellence.
At least Robb Stark would have taken his direwolf to battle.
How did that turn out for him and the wolf?
Ghost was injured after the battle
None of your business they died at a feast. Your point is?
I liked Robb Stark much better.

I agree u all have worked so hard while shooting the show
....
But it doesn't means that we audience gonna accept the bad plot, bad screenplay, weak dialogues and bad direction...
U should have worked hard on story screenplay atleast keep it logical !!

"Dany kind of forgot about the Iron Fleet" [*]
IF ANY MORE WORDS COME POURING...
@Disposable_Teen They said that on the after the episode discussion. Rewatch it, they actually said that.
He could of worded that better. Haha.
Maybe "she didn't expect giant scorpions mounted on ships" would have been better. Haha.
@@Satanthony "She didn't expect giant scorpions launching heat-seeking projectiles 3 times as fast as the speed of sound into the air" would have been better haha.
