You should try the Broons brand nougat if you ever get the chance because it tastes so much nicer. It's a Scottish brand and I only saw it when it was stocked in Lidl for a week but I think they are more prominent in the more populated areas of Scotland. Nevertheless, the Broons nougat is very tasty, much more so than the Barrets one.
