I currently have a second interview for a company, tomorrow and I'm nervous. I ready to make a better life for myself and my family. The advice I would give is to let people help you. Become friends with networkers and connectors. They will connect you with the clients you need.

Licensed for 2 yrs. Been High level Retail management for 25 yrs. and now transitioning over to this sector. Being coachable and listen to your up line is key. Also, you must be mentally tough. Thanks for the info. 😊

As someone considering getting started in this industry, doesn't everyone already have insurance? How are you enrolling so many new people to be associated with you as an agent so you get commission?

I am starting from ground zero pitching medicare. Failing terribly couldn't make a single transfer in 9 hours shift.
The biggest challenge If speak with enthusiasm quote refusal. If no enthusiasm hung up in the beginning of call
I'm 22. I'm not an Insurance Agent yet, but I have passed my tests and submitted my fingerprint background check. I'm currently waiting for that so I can apply to get my licenses. Once that is done, I have a guaranteed job at state farm (cute, small office). So I'm literally at ground zero right now. I did buy Cody's book and read half of it, I will read the other half once I get the job so I can remember what needs to be done. Anyway, my goal is that I will make 100k this year, before Christmas to be exact. It's currently May 4th, 2024. I will succeed. (Remind me to come here and update, but I won't be needing to update because I already know I've made my 100k this year). :)
