the fan name 'Veliona' comes from the Seele battlesuit Stygian Nymph in which the in-game description for her ultimate says "Saule transforms into Veliona and vice versa." it's a little weird because obviously Seele's name isn't 'Saule' so there's no real confirmation that 'Veliona' is actually supposed to be a person's name either. Veliona is never once referenced as a name in the story whatsoever.
i never really got into the habit of calling her Veliona because i wasn't really paying attention to any outside discussion when i was playing so i simply wasn't aware of the fan name for quite a while. then i got to this chapter where she says she wants her name to be 'Seele' so i figured i'd honor that. i tend to call her 'red Seele' if i have to distinguish.

Saule is a Baltic sun and life goddess, and Veliona is a Baltic underworld and death goddess.
I like to think its from Swallowtail that literally has an ultimate named "Veliona's Torment"

Around the 1 h 45 min to 2 hour mark there will be a fairly natural, and obvious, stopping point though if you want to split it up like you did with Chapter 23.

btw, by the rare chance you read this message, here's a word of advice to deal with those enemies that swings around with a hammer: Have them crash into something other than you. You can bait that type of enemy to crash into another enemy, instead of you. I found that out on accident on one of my Elysian Realm runs. Ya know, just incase you didn't notice that happening during all the chaos of enemies while trying to defend Bronya
