In this week's episode, we take a tour of a two-story corner terrace home located in the east of Singapore along Lucky Gardens. Originally designed by a renowned architect, the homeowners decided to give it a complete interior makeover, resulting in a spacious and well-lit abode.
The home features six bedrooms and five baths, situated on a land size of approximately 3,627 square feet with a built-up area of 4,000 square feet across two floors. It is one of the two longest corner inter-terraces available in the exclusive Lucky Gardens.
Starting from the porch - which can accommodate two cars, the corner unit offers ample usable space wrapping around the house, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A store room is conveniently located at the front for easy access.
Stepping inside, the ground floor opens up to a spacious living room flooded with natural light through large glass panels. The living area is tastefully furnished with double three-seater sofas, perfect for hosting guests. Adjacent to it is the dining area, featuring an eight-seater dining set beneath designer pendant lights, creating an intimate atmosphere for mealtime conversations.
Heading further into the home, you'll find the kitchen, separated by glass sliding doors. The kitchen boasts a darker theme, with the dry area for food prep and the L-shaped wet area fitted with a sink, gas hob, and built-in appliances. Opening the glass doors extends the kitchen and improves cross ventilation.
On the first floor, you'll find the bedrooms situated on one side, each with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The corridor leading to the bedrooms is well-lit with skylights, creating a homely ambiance with wood flooring.
The bedrooms include the grandmother's room - which is a combination of two rooms to accommodate extra praying and rest areas.
A hybrid child's playroom, complete with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bath. As well as the father's study, which occasionally doubles up as the child's playroom.
Finally, the master bedroom stands out with end-to-end windows offering plenty of light and stunning views. The room is generously sized, with a king-sized bed, a day bed, and a lounge chair.
Full-height walk-in wardrobes guide you into the master bathroom, finished in a similar style to the other bathrooms with louvered windows and grey stone-tiled floors.

I love Juliana when she gives tours 🩶
She's amazing ❤
Thank you 😊
Love her also 🤍 lovin her asian accent 👌🏻💯
Looks more like a showroom for mid century modern furniture
This is just a staged interior for the purposes of attracting buyers. You can always change the furniture to your taste. It's an exceptionally generous space and the floorplan is very well considered. A very good value for the money.
It felt that way! But if it is indeed staged, why is it so haphazardly (poorly) done? It felt that way! But if it is indeed staged, why is it so haphazardly (poorly) done?
So here we have the livingroom, a cozy dining room, your typical BOMB SHELTER, and a spacious kitchen. lol.
And the helper’s room which clearly isn’t worth showing.
@@GlobalCitizen55 What is there to show - that it may not be well furnished? 🙄
Right!?!?!?
@@GlobalCitizen55 obviously because the room is so small the camera can't even fit inside 😂
Absolutely love this channel and how it showcases the different homes here in SG. Amazing work Juliana!
Thank you so much!
there's a lot of nice touches, but some parts felt cheap. like under the kitchen cabinets those led lights that you'd find in a boys room, or the ghastly fabric around the structure beam that doesnt even span the entire length.
Appreciate your observations! It's fascinating to hear different perspectives.
Many cozy and modern designs like this prioritize sustainability and environmental considerations. ✨✨🥰🥰
Indeed!
love you, Juliana!
It would be so much more interesting to hear the owners themselves explain their home choices.
I SO agree! It feels here as if I'm listening to an advertisement. It feels weird/artificial.
such a goddamn beautiful home
Glad you like it 😊
Ahh... this house was done by Norman yeo in 2010. But I guess there are some changes along the way...
juliana flows yo!
She does!
Relaxing, livable, not precious or model showroom unlivable
Thank you for watching 😊
Would be great if an indicative price is given
Hey! The asking price was stated in the video and description at $6.5 million.
Very nice. The only thing that bugs me is the entrance door opens straight into the living room - there's no foyer.
The glass doors to the bedrooms didn't bother you?
I don’t find it cosy at all
Thanks for sharing 😊
Because it doesn't feel personal.
When the helper's toilet is nicer than mine :(
Is this asking price in USD?
Hey! It's in Singapore Dollars.
This one 6 million SGD ?
hmm, eclectic? where are the so-call "designer pieces" - its basically a house tour
Elle parle tellement vite…on dirait un agent immobilier qui voudrait vendre 😂😂😂😂
f ck, I see a lot of Vitra and Knoll
Marry me Juliana! I can listen to you talk everyday for the rest of my life!
