SBi & HDFC dono saving ac h. Dono me Pan& Adhaar update hai.
Mai ek Student hu. (Mere a/c me 12000 hai).
Meri income (36000) below 1 lakh yearly hai.
Ab, Q ki ek saving ac pe ek din ka 10 UPI transaction limit hai(upto 1 lakh/day).
Iss tarah se mere hdfc aur Sbi dono ka 20 upi transaction limit hai.
Ab mai paytm me Upi ke through
HDFC se SBI me 5000 send karta hu, fir wahi 5000 upi ke through hi SBI se HDFC Me send karta hu.
Iss tarah se 10 bar hdfc se aur 10 bar Sbi se 5000-5000 ka (total 50000 hdfc se & 50000 sbi se ) transaction hota hai daily . Jo ki online transaction hai UPI ke dwara. Mere A/c se mere hi a/c me.
Yaha pe koi bhi outer other income nhi hai yaha, aur mera 5000 hi ghum ghum ke ek din ka online transaction 100000 ho jata h. Aur monthly 30 LAKH,
to ab SIR AAP MUJHE YE BATAYIYE KI
YE CASH TRANSACTION TO HAI NHI, TO FIR KYA YE INCOME TAX KI SHRENI ME AAYEGA ?
Issse mujhe koi dikkakt to nhi na hogi?

Sir, i have 2 savings bank account and total Rs. 60,000.
I am circulating this money from one account to another DAILY via IMPS and Debit card tranfers. I do this EVERYDAY.

And i don't have any income other than interest.

no ,there is no problem while doing this.
& you have to do transaction, so that it ill not become dormant.
if there is no transaction in a period of 90 days then your account become dorment i.e inactive.
if your account become inactive then you have to do new kyc your account.
@@akshatsharma1831 account becomes inactive after 1 yr....and dormant after 2 years...
@rohit rawat i was doing this for a reason... there was a big loophole in IDFC banking system... just by circulating money, i made more than 30k in the form of rewards points...😂😂😂

Hello.. I have small confusion on banking and tax. Actually my brother is a non ITR person and he have 3 savings bank accounts. And my question is if he get money from international company into his one of Indian savings account and the amount will be above 30/40 thousands every alternate month so is there any risk factors regarding tax /banking please help me.
Bijoy this income has to be shown in the Income tax return and tax has to be paid according to income.

You can still file ITR for FY 2018-19 and after march one more ITR for FY 2019-20 can be filled

6% or 8% income current account k transaction ka calculate karte h . Saving me amount aane ka matlab h ki net earned money h means net profit. Alag baat h ki abhi kam ka transaction ho raha ho to koi baat nahi jaise he limit 10 lakh cross karega income tax 30% dena hoga. Fir waha ye excuse nahi chalega ki ye to mera businesd money h....etc... etc.... do business with your personal current account or registered firm current account and trasfer net profit earned money in your saving ....monthly/bimonthly/quarterly/half yearly or yearly... as u wish.
