Well done for your honesty. Love you 😍 This is reality. I still cry when I feel like I’m a rubbish mum, whether it’s to my 29 year old, 27 yr old, 14 year old or 5 yr old granddaughter!!!! Well done Rick for your support, love and knowing the right things to say. You rock! 😁. Xxxx
Just love this so much ❤❤ I love how we all feel in the same boat because of this video. You're an amazing Mum!! Thanks for the support! Rick did so well, he's very good at being a rock! ❤
I found ur channel last night and literally have been making my way through ur videos start to finish. I love them!! Keep positing this kind of contact. Can I just say how real this is? I'm a mum of 2 (babyno3) on the way and this is the truest reflection of being a mammy and learning about your baby. You are doing an amazing job!! X
Aww thank you so much Ciara, your comment means everything!! I'm really glad you enjoy my channel, I always want to keep it real! Congratulations on baby number 3!!!! ❤
I’ve just had my forth baby in June and still feel this way sometimes, if there’s a change of routine try not to get upset if she does miss a meal etc, it’s okay 👌🏼 please don’t stress just take each day at a time xx
Thank you for this ❤️ I’m sorry you were upset and it must have been such a stressful morning. But I love that you have shown the true side of motherhood 🤗 I felt so low yesterday I cried most of the day and it was so refreshing to see the number of mums that messaged saying it’s normal and we all have those days. Hope you’re feeling better now hun xxx
I'm so glad this video has made people feel better. I saw your instagram yesterday, you're right, it's good to all feel in the same boat! I'm a lot better thanks, I hope you are too! ♡
thank you very much for this video, I am literally crying here. it's so nice to see everyone going through this and it's very normal. Last week, our 5.5-month-old son was also completely upset and sometimes I am really through it but we keep going...
And honestly don’t worry about them ‘missing out’ on meals. They are very clever little things and won’t let themselves go hungry. Milk is instinct and comfort so don’t take it personally. And deffo in doubt get out for a walk! Fresh air helps everything
Thank you for this comment! It's so easy to worry & stress about her not eating or not being ok, but you're so right, they know want they want and need. Yeah, I don't know why I didn't just walk in the first place 😂 xx
I have a 9 month old daughter and this video was so relatable. There’s been days/mornings/nights where I feel like a bad mum and I don’t know what’s wrong and don’t know how to settle her and watching this video made me realise all mums go through the same struggles and it’s not just me. As long as our babies are happy and healthy that’s all that matters💕
I have never related so much 🙈 so proud of you for sharing this, thank you! Actually cried with you during this video!! Also don’t be too hard on yourself when she refuses to eat, my health visitor said up until they are one they get all the things they need from their milk and food is just getting them used to texture and taste. You’re doing an amazing job and thank you for sharing the reality of parenting ❤️
Aw thank you! Maybe we all needed to cry together 😂 Oh i'm glad! I read that milk does nothing after 6 months, that's why I've been panicking 😂 Thank you ♡♡
Aww I'm glad you liked this video! We definitely need to know that we're not alone when the days don't go our way 😂 I hope things settle down for you soon ♥
Honestly my baby girl is 15 weeks, she has days like this, shes just started teething and every day is different from the last...shes been super happy today but yesterday and for the few days before that she was crying all day...your doing your best, thats all you can do 💗
So glad lots of people can relate! Lila-Rose is the same, can be very hit & miss with days and a guessing game for what she wants 🙈😂 Thank you so much for the support ♡
Omg 'dads got the knack' that's so true, my baby loves her dad! I feel like baby just gets fed up with being with me all the time - and for the 'forcing' it's not - I do the same! Even when she doesn't want to I know she needs it and is only rejecting it because she wants to feed herself (or more so the floor) - I cried so many times because I just didn't know what to do and I can't lie it's still happening at almost 1 years old! But it defo gets easier each time..... Unless it's 3am lol then it's still just as hard as newborn stage - Having a supportive hubby is the best
Aw thanks so much for your comment!! So glad we're all in the same boat. Rick really is amazing and Lila loves it when he comes home- just a different face like you say 😂 I'm with you with the 3am bit. I don't do well at 3am 😅 xx
It won't be long before they can tell us what's wrong, that's what I keep telling myself anyway 🙈 I hope this video helped you to feel like you're not alone! ♡
You’re doing a great job 😘 I’m a FTM too to a 7.5 month old. Some days are hard but every day is a new day 😙 for teething I would highly recommend Aston and Parsons teething powders. Can pick them up in supermarkets / pharmacies or home bargains. Life saver!!! With ours it’s usually teething / wind or both on bad days, recently switched to size 3 teats too and after a day of messy feeds she was like a new baby xx
Absolutely! Today she has been a completely different baby 🙈 I will try that! We've used the Ashton and Parsons teething gel which I think worked well. Thank you so much for the support ❤
My daughter is goin on 5 months and she’s started doing this. She is only happy if I am holding her or playing with her (which I love doing anyway), but when I need a pee or just try and have a cup of tea it’s really hard. I look at the clock and it’s only 10:30 and it feels like it’s 6 at night! She’s a little moaner at the moment but I love the bones of her 🙈❤️
LottieJLife well I deffinetly had a hard time with the little madam today, she’s been teething so you can imagine the tantrums I was getting from her when I was trying to put her down! As soon as her dad came home I handed her over to him 😂🤍
Don't ever think you're not doing a good job, you are!! It's so hard when you don't know what they want. Has this only started since you started weaning? If so, Id start again introducing one new food a week. She could be sensitive to something. Or not sure if you've tried/want her dummy again? I hope things settle soon lovey :) Much love to you all, a big hug for LilaRose & stay safe Jacq
Aw thank you!! I wish babies could tell you what they want 😂 I don't think it is connected to weaning because she stopped being grouchy for a while during weaning & then went back to it again 🤦🏻♀️ She's not taking to the dummy again either 😂 It's all a guessing game. Thank you so much for the support! ❤
Don't be so hard on yourself lovely... i like the saying 'food is fun until they're 1' Weaning should be a fun journey you go on together 😊 it's hard but you've got this 😁💪 xx
Well done for your honesty. Love you 😍

It’s all phases and stages. I have a nearly 2 year old and they get out of one annoying phase and go into the next. Hang in there xx
I’ve just had my forth baby in June and still feel this way sometimes, if there’s a change of routine try not to get upset if she does miss a meal etc, it’s okay 👌🏼 please don’t stress just take each day at a time xx
Thanks so much for your comment Sophie! It definitely has gotten easier as she's got a bit older! Congratulations on your 4th!! ❤

@@nicsinger18 I'm glad you can actually hand her over, sometimes it drains the life out of you 😂 ❤
LottieJLife 100% you love them so much but I don’t think anyone can prepare you for how exhausted your going to be for the next 18 years 😂🙈

I love that saying! I just showed Rick it! Thank you, I was so worried she was supposed to be taking in all this food 🙈 Thanks for the support ❤
