  • Both at Disneyland and in Disney World, there are some amenities that were built specially for Walt and his family and friends to use. Whether it be his special apartment above the fire station at Disneyland's Main Street, a suite within the castle at the Magic Kingdom, or an apartment hidden away in Anaheim's New Orleans Square, let's get in to the history of these secretive off-limits locations.

When I was younger I remember touring the royal suite, which was the the Disney Gallery then. Mind you, I am only 30 now, and then it was magical. I remember the artists' work that was on the walls, the furniture, and the moving walls. Yes, Walt had put in moving walls to adjust the rooms for guests to make them larger or smaller, accordingly. God, how I much am obsessed with Disney is astonishing.

Has anyone heard that Walt’s house is haunted by him, I heard that after the day Walt died the cleaning lady saw the lamp on so she turned It off then she went outside to the main street and saw the lamp back on so she went back and turned it off so it kept on doing that and at some point for the last time she turned it off and saw it on again so she went back and the lamp was off then after a couple seconds she heard the voice of Walt saying I am still here louder and louder

There is one problem i have with this video. Walt Disney passed away 3 years before they started construction on Disney World with the first concept of the castle drawn up in 1967. The Disney World project did have plans for a Disney park but had no ideas or concepts made up at the time. EPCOT was the main focus for the project which means that there was no plans of a living space for Walt and his Family in the Castle. Besides that, i think this is a solid video.

I'd like to see the apartments converted to Starbucks.
