Thank you this was eye opening. I’m a new shooter and have never heard someone break it down like this. Gave me lots to think about and focus on during dry fire practice and next range visit. Cheers from Ohio
Good to see you back, for those of you who haven’t spent a day with Richard - you are missing out on a world of information that will improve your shooting and confidence no end. 👍
Absolutely brilliant concise info. Easy to understand and put into practice. Some if not most of which are overlooked even by very experienced shooters. Well done and thank you for sharing. 👌
nice too see you back it’s an education watching your videos i’ve learnt a lot from your scope reviews and bought my wildcat moderators after seeing your review on the panther
Great to see you back posting videos, and a great video it was too. Hoping to get over to the UK next year, so will see if I can sneak a course in while the wife visits family! 😉
Lubricated rear end 😂 I’m so immature sometimes. You’re absolutely right, shooting off sticks, improvised positions and inclined or declined shots really mess you up vertically. Even with my 10/22 on sticks I miss rabbits off sticks shooting high due to the inertia of the bolt.
Welcome back Richard. Thank you for the advice I will incorporate it into my shooting. Can you tell me more about the new rear rest your client invented? Looking forward to more videos.
Thank you Richard for a great video , looking forward to watching you again. Your video on the cheap end scopes helped me to select a scope for my CZ455. Hope to join you for a course when I return to UK. ( if they let me have licence again that is) God Bless
Could you post a link to that adjustable rear bag... I couldn't see one in the video. Very informative video, I'd already figured out that my rear bag has been holding me back, this gives me ideas about what to do about it. Thanks.
Hi, thank you for your interest! If you would like to contact us you can at either : achille@alacritasinnovations.com or carl@alacritasinnovations.com We look forward to hearing from you!
As aways a great informative video, easy to understand and no look at me bullshit we see so much of. I would be interested in the rear bag link please, seems a very adaptive piece of kit. Keep up the great videos please, one day I hope to get upto one of your training sessions.
Glad to see ya back, thanks for the tips, I’ve wondered how much the rifle moves before bullet exit, also been wondering if im putting too much/ too little pressure on the stock, man that looks like an amazing spot you got there with rolling hills, beautiful
Glad to see you back with new videos again. What version of the magnetospeed is that? And can you Mount it on the suppressor whitout tweaking the mountingsystem? Thank you for all the work you put in 👍
Hey Richard, love your videos, and you are the only one I can think of that has IOR experience. Wanted to get your opinion on two scopes and which I should go with. I’m looking at either a nightforce nxs 2.5-10x42 or IOR Valdada spartan 2-12x36 both are SFP. It will be going on a MK12 .223/5.56 DMR platform. Thank you so much for all your videos, and the wealth of knowledge that you provide to the RUclips Gun community
Hi Richard, I can see perfectly where you are coming from with the syraight back recoil impulse, and I have been looking around for an adjustable eared rear bag mechanism like the one you showed that is a ailable in the UK. I did look for the link(s) under your video, but am assuming that, as I am viewing on RUclips, the links may not be available or seen?? Could you please send me a link to that simple(??) fold-up and pocketable eared rear bag that you showed and suggested. I am CERTAIN others watching this on the same video viewer will be equally as glad and grateful for a link(s) too... Looking forwards to your coming, promised weekly videos giving those interested (who WOULDN'T be?) more useful/critical hbts and tips on how to maximise one's accuracy. Kindest Regards, Steve Makin.
Great video, I would be very interested in purchasing the adjustable rear bag you're presenting here. Is it possible to get in touch with the manufacturer ? Best regards from France
What would you recommend for a gun that wants to role left every time it is shot? it doesn't have a muzzle brake or threads for one. I'm shooting with a bipod mounted on the front and a rear bag.
For the light weight rear rest, is there a way to make minor adjustments when in the prone position or is it just the main loosen latch on the side? (i.e a up/down adjust screw)
Thank you this was eye opening. I’m a new shooter and have never heard someone break it down like this. Gave me lots to think about and focus on during dry fire practice and next range visit. Cheers from Ohio
That’s good stuff!
You have been missed. Glad to have you back on RUclips.

What is the website for that nifty light weight adjustable rear bag with ears.
Pray tell how do you have that rifle in the UK
For the light weight rear rest, is there a way to make minor adjustments when in the prone position or is it just the main loosen latch on the side? (i.e a up/down adjust screw)
Hello Richard
Where would you like me to send you a message about the adjustable rear bag? Thank you
Bag riser link?
Rear "Bag rider" details?
👍
Also, to contact you about the rear bag a client of yours made…contact you how? Via your Facebook group or something?
Well, as Hyacinth would say ……. It’s all too REAL for me Richard !
Then she’d crap on for 10 minutes, about “room for a pony” or some other shite.
Thank you very much for making this.
