She's improved a lot in this performance, especially in terms of phrasing ... Apart from "Ah non giunge", which still lacks enough technical steadiness to sound real Bel Canto, she's wonderful in the mostly lyrical parts like "Ah non credea mirarti" (including a beautiful albeit short trill). The timbre itself is one of the most beautiful of our times. Brava!
I can't believe people can comment on this and say she has no technical ability... it's flawless. It's not the best Aria in the world, it's not upbeat, it doesn't have any fancy pants moments.. it sounds like it's efforless. It's just like she is breathing the entire time, perfect placement in the highest register. And that is hard to do.

Al tener esa hermosa voz y ademas superdotada, canta todo tipo de repertorio.....en el ligero su voz es demasiado densa y contundente, aunque es mas sano para su voz que cuando canta roles muy dramáticos ,en los cuales grita y pesa mucho la voz...Para mi es una gran soprano lirica que se puede mover hacia el bel canto grande y hacia algunos papeles de lirica dramatica.......Aunque es innegable que tiene una voz dotadisima

interesting comments! after hearing greats like galli curci and tetrazzini sing this, netrebko puts me asleep. her voice lacks good study,her vowels are uneven and not pure enough her voice is uneven and not flexible enough,etc, though there are good aspects to her voice.i do hate false acting i prefer a singer to act with their voice,like gigli!!
