can we set specific trading times, for example, take trades only between 4am-11am?
Has start and end time setting that can be used to do that.

Replay will give you an idea if you have the right chart size. I recommend testing it out with something like a practice account. Topstep gives you one where it sends orders to rithmic and shows up in your rtrader acc. More realistic than sim or replay.
