I’m surprised at the clearance between the bee and the riser of the gooseneck. My f250 with 4 inch lift pulling that exact trailer only has about 6 inches of clearance. Here in the hills of wv I’ve had ALOT of close calls when hauling heavy.I’m getting ready to buy the sane body style as yours and lift it so it’s nice to know it’ll work

Did I miss him saying anything about the axles gears swapped Properly or about the fact of nose up trailer means weight on the trailer now adds more tongue weight on the truck which could overload the Ford's payload limit?
Sir, just don't be the typical poser boy with a truck. Do the gears in the Ford and pay attention or get savvy about real mechanics and towing with the changes to the truck.

Do you need a CDL/medical card for your truck and trailer? In Pa you wouldn't make it 5ft with out getting pulled over. They are pulling over EVERYONE they believe to be commercial right now because of county quarantines due to the spotted lanternfly.
Yes , the trailer is a CDL trailer. I have my Class A CDL. The trick around that, is when you order your trailer, ask the manufacture to "down grade the GVWR" of the trailer
@@ParoDoXz yeah the 1 I'm ordering is derated to 12,000 from 18,000 but the dealer told me with double duals they can't derate them enough in most cases to get them below the 26,100 mark..
I hated dropping it to 12,000 but if I eventually step up to a 1 ton dually I want to stay legal
@@matts9352 I live in pa. It nothing but a money racket. The only reason dot picks on someone with pickup truck. Is because most people dont no the laws and it's easy money for them. Theres plenty of unsafe rigs on the highway with foreigners behind the wheel who cant drive.
