What a fun way to break up a long travel day…. you really reminded me that a glimpse is worth every minute and effort. Can’t wait to see more of this journey.
Mahalo, Kiana! We also had an "aloha button" with us that let out a long alooooha 😂 It was nice to have a bit of home with us while we traveled. Hope you are doing well!
The old port looked like such an interesting spot to walk through. Love seeing the architecture. The food looks so good in Italy. I liked seeing all the different spots you showed us in the video.
Thanks, Sarah! We loved our time there, especially to break up a long travel day and stretch our legs. Now on to the coast and to one of our favorite hikes we've done!
Hey LeCarro and Sharde! For Italy, since we were on the move a lot, we primarily used the GoPro Max 360 (though we are upgrading to the Insta360 X4). Originally, it felt a bit overwhelming, but now I've actually been enjoyed going through all the footage and being able to pull several clips from different angles. We usually use the 360 to capture any stuff while we are moving or speaking, and then film b-roll on our full frame cameras or iPhones
I'm really enjoying your travels. I'm particularly a fan that you're doing your own thing, rather than paying attention to all the instagram influencers. Regrettably, when you do that, you end up enjoying someone else's holiday rather than your own. Well done. Can't wait for the next chapter. By the way, it proves you don't have to go to Cinque Terre. That fishing village is so similar to Riomaggiore that I had to do a double take.
Hi Rosanna, thank you so much for your encouraging words! We really appreciate that. I agree with you, there are so many beautiful places to explore without the crowds. While we have visited a lot of the "must-see" places, it is usually the unknown destination that have taken our breaths away. We are excited to share our experiences with you!
Great opportunity to see such a beautiful city in Italy. Thanks so much for bringing Genoa to all those like me that haven’t had the chance to visit. Looking forward to the rest of the road trip.

Thank you! We absolutely agree, glad to get a taste of these beautiful places 🙂
Love the Cheehoo.❤ An iconic start to a beautiful mini adventure.

Is the insta360 x4 your main vlog camera? How do you feel about editing g all the footage from the x4 for RUclips?
