In the instructions, they state to add the liquid first. And then build accordingly, again following the instructions.

From Ninja directly. I do not understand why it doesn't come standard. Kinda pisses me off. www.ninjakitchen.com/products/%E2%80%8Bmotor-base-blade-cover-vessel-cap-kit-zidXSKVSCBCKT

Why it stucks better to buy the electric one instead of the battery one.

That happens in plug-in versions, too. I personally have both, but I use this one the most because it's so handy and works so well!

could you let me know how to wash the blade?! Isn't the main blender container not supposed to touch water?

    • @debsshowandtell

That part is awkward because you can't detach it from the base. I hold it upside down and use a scrub brush to wash the blades. Then I rinse it carefully while holding it sideways, covering the usb-c port in case water drips down.

@@debsshowandtell oh... washing the dishes is the most important thing for me, so it won't suit me. Thank you for informing me honestly.

@@user-hq7rq3qb9j Of course. And I understand. To be clear, I still use dish soap on it. I just have to be careful to hold the base in such a way that the liquid doesn't get into the USB port. This is how every travel blender I've seen or tried works and I agree, it's not ideal.

@@debsshowandtellyou could always fill with water to the minimum line and add a touch of washing up liquid and switch on to clean the blades.

I have had many portable blenders. And the best way is to fill it about halfway with water. Add one drop of Dawn seal the top and turn it on. Pour out, rinse, and repeat. Until clean. I also will gently scrub the cylinder. Air dry overnight, assemble, and then store. I hope this is of assistance. Enjoy.
